I liked Andrew immediately! He carefully and thoroughly diagnosed me explained what was going on and best treatment. It wasn't always comfortable but Andrew consistently encouraged me. He reviewed my treatment to make sure I was understanding the process at every visit. He went over how to safely perform at home treatments. He never made me feel I was a less severe case then his other patients. He went as far as to give me his number to text him with updates and concerns. This all being the keys to my ongoing healing.
