Some of which never called me back. I explained my situation and that I was from out of town & in pain. They fit me into their schedule within a few hours!!! Every staff member was friendly, helpful & concerned for my wellbeing. They treated me as if I had been one of their patients for years. Dr. Ellen Nichols took her time with me & corrected the reason for my pain. She even remembered me from when I regularly visited another chiropractor 15 years ago when I lived in Queensbury. The office accommodated me with another appointment the following day. I received the same great treatment the next day(from every staff member). As I was leaving Dr. Nichols gave me her cell phone number & told me she would come in at 7:00am to adjust me again before I got on the road to return to my home, which would be on Saturday......The office is closed on Saturday.
