Some of which never called me back. I explained my situation and that I was from out of town & in pain. They fit me into their schedule within a few hours!!! Every staff member was friendly, helpful & concerned for my wellbeing. They treated me as if I had been one of their patients for years. Dr. Ellen Nichols took her time with me & corrected the reason for my pain. She even remembered me from when I regularly visited another chiropractor 15 years ago when I lived in Queensbury. The office accommodated me with another appointment the following day. I received the same great treatment the next day(from every staff member). As I was leaving Dr. Nichols gave me her cell phone number & told me she would come in at 7:00am to adjust me again before I got on the road to return to my home, which would be on Saturday......The office is closed on Saturday. Just gives you the bum's rush -- you're in and out of there in 10 minutes (not counting the wait time). At my last appointment, he treated the wrong side; when I pointed it out to him he said that I'd never specified which side (which I had, verbally and on the intake forms), and then said "Oh well, I'll treat the right side next time" and ended the session, and charged for it! The office staff seems disorganized as well; one time they even scheduled me with the wrong chiropractor by mistake.
