I said my husband was a patient there. I explained I had a back issue. She kept interrupting saying she didn't understand why I was calling. Which, immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I'm seeking treatment because I'm in pain and a little kindness goes a long way. I said I would like to make an appointment. She said for chiropractic you don't need a prescription. I said I can't and wouldn't see a chiropractor for my diagnosis. She then went into what I already knew. She said you need a prescription for physical therapy first, then she could make my appointment. I then asked how does your physical therapy work, because there is not a lot of one on one time. She again was confused, these were her words. Not mean. I heard this place was so great and different. Even your website touts that. Well since my husband was last here which was a few years ago, I goes they are nothing more than the usual meat market all of these other places have become. That is why I will pay out of pocket and seek private therapy.
