Waited today until 11:30-am then left, store never opened even though it says 11am. What a bummer. I have bought shoes here that have worked out well...

One pair of heels I got from O My Sole--they are fantastic!!!!

I came into this shop on a whim and walked out with two pairs of the most amazing shoes I've ever owned! One pair was on sale--both fit soooo comfortably and are super unique! Classy and stylish, and wearable all day? Worth every penny. ^_^ I was a little shy going in at first because I usually shop bargain, but after trying 2 pairs on , and with convincing from the Hubby, I'm so glad I tried something new!

Kandals...love them!
Steph H.

I can't believe I've never shopped in one of these stores, considering my affinity for comfortable footwear. I had some time to kill while in the area so I popped in to check out their selection, and I ended up walking out with a pair of Kandals (http://www.kandals.com/), which are fully sustainable vegan shoes. I just bought them because I thought they were super-comfy and kind of cute, but the sustainable thing was a plus. The shoes are on the pricey side, but most of these kinds of shoes are. No cheap stuff here. The store is also bigger than it looks from the front and had a pretty big selection. Next time you're in the market for some good quality comfy shoes, give them a look.

Store hours state 11 am to 8 pm. Right now it's 11:40 am. Guess we'll get our OOFOS somewhere else.

Nowadays streetwear trends have shifted, blurring the line between casual fashion and high fashion. It's made its way into high fashion, collaborating with major fashion heavyweights like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Vetements, etc. to list a few. Kings to me is what pure streetwear is all about at its core. No bots, no asinine reseller mark-ups, no insane pricetags, no bullshit. Just tried and true streetwear styles from iconic streetwear brands that have withstood the test of time. I'm thankful Kings and others like it still exist (Proper, BAIT, Bowls LA and Union are both kind of). I say kind of because Bowls opens whenever they want and Union definitely has a certain audience in mind with the brands they carry. Anyway, maybe I'm looking back at the history of streetwear with rose-tinted glasses, but there's no denying that the fact that a place like Kings can still thrive despite the fact that a lot of boutiques I used to frequent have either shifted to online exclusively or just shuttered their doors permanently is respectable. The fact that you can still walk into a place like this and get some sick drip without playing bullshit games and waiting for drops or buying bots to cop shit is something I truly appreciate. The staff is cool as always and if anything, their selection has improved over the years and they've definitely stepped up (heh) their shoe game as well. Anyway, my very long drawn out point is that Kings is still king when it comes to finding streetwear locally with an excellent selection. They carry all the brands; new and old. It's like Costco. You definitely aren't walking outta there with just a $5 rotisserie chicken. You're gonna walk outta there with a whole ass wardrobe if you haven't gone shopping in a VERY long time, like me.

The shoes are fantastic! comfortable looking, the displays are updated each season. It has a high-end European vibe when you walk in; the scent is mesmerizing. Service was very accommodating. As soon as you walked in, they greeted you and asked if they could assist. Know in advance not to touch the merchandise - ask for their assistance. There are signs stating this, but I think people might, in their enthusiasm, disregard the requests. I wish them well. Respectfully Reviewed.

You know very well that's not the case. It wouldn't make sense to have a store that sells bags and shoes where customers aren't allowed to pick them up or try them on. You also know that nothing was damaged at any point. It's disappointing that, instead of simply saying something like "I'm sorry you felt that way," or offering any kind of apology, you chose to take a defensive attitude and continue being aggressive. In any case, don't worry -- I have no intention of ever returning to a place where customers are treated that way. Your table and display stand were never damaged, and honestly, given the unfriendly attitude you showed, I truly don't believe you would have hesitated to point it out and charge me if anything had actually happened. I'm not playing the victim -- I'm simply a dissatisfied customer sharing her experience, as this platform is intended for. I will say: your store is beautiful, and your products are truly lovely, but unfortunately, your attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Believe me, if you had maintained the same warm attitude you showed when we first arrived, none of this would have happened. It's truly unprofessional of you to resort to lies just to make others believe that I'm the one being dishonest. And finally, I won't be replying again, because this would just turn into a game of your word against mine -- and there's no point in that. Since I have no intention of ever returning to your store, I also have no reason to come back and read your responses. I sincerely wish you the best, and I hope this experience serves as a lesson on how to treat your customers -- even in the smallest of incidents.
