I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle through my works buyer program. After completing my profile on the type of vehicle I was looking for through our buyer program O'Neil was one of the dealers that participates in the program. I looked at O'Neil's inventory stock and found they had the most in inventory of the vehicle I was looking for. I found the exact match of vehicle I was looking for including the exterior color. I made an appointment and met with Frank Raisman. As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt a very friendly no pressure atmosphere. The facility was very clean which also gave me a feeling this dealer took pride not only in itself but would value it's customer. I met with Frank who was friendly and who also turned out to be very knowledgeable of the vehicles they sold. Frank made me feel very comfortable and relaxed with a no pressure attitude. Frank showed me the vehicle I was most interested in going over a lot of the features before we went on a test drive. He wanted to make sure I had a good understanding of the vehicle before I got behind the wheel. After the test drive one of their service personnel looked at my car which I had planned on trading in at the time. They were very honest and upfront on what they thought of my car. They also informed me about my front tire that had a bubble in the sidewall that I was not aware of. Frank worked with the sales manager on getting me the best price along with making sure I got all the possible rebates offered at that time. We agreed to a price for the new SUV as well as my trade. Due to my time limitation that day I had to leave to make an appointment. There was absolutely no pressure from Frank or any of the staff to stay and complete the transaction that day. The next day which was a Sunday I was talking to my one son who's car is in pretty bad condition. So at that time I decided to give my car to my son rather than trade it in as part of the deal for purchasing my new vehicle. That Monday I called Frank to let him know of the change and that I would not be trading my car in as part of the deal. I had no idea how this would go over as we verbally agreed on me trading my car in. When I told Frank of the change he assured me that was fine and not an issue. This furthered my option of the dealership greatly as it showed that they valued both me and my discussion. At the time of the discussion with Frank I told him that I would not be able to make it back into the dealership until that coming Saturday. This was due to the fact that I would not be trading in my current car so I would not have a way to the dealership until that Saturday. The next day (Tuesday) Frank called me and asked if I would be willing to come in during the week so that they could process the paperwork and get me in and out in no time. Saturday's are the busiest day for them and they knew the previous Saturday they were not able to get me into my new vehicle because of my prior appointment. I let Frank know that I would like the opportunity to do so but I didn't have a ride in until the weekend. Please note that it is about a forty minute ride for me to get to the dealership. Frank completely understood my situation and did not press the issue of wanting me to come in during the week so that they could best serve me. A short time after I ended my conversation with Frank, Franked called me back. He asked me if they could make arrangements to pick me up and bring me into the dealership would that help getting in during the week. I was like "sure", I really wanted to purchase the new GMC Terrain and was dying to drive it. So O'Neil made all the arrangements to pick me up the next day at my home after work. Remind you that it is a forty minute drive. As promised the next day after work there was someone at my house to pick me up. To me this went beyond what another dealership would have done. It was an incredible feeling thinking how O'Neil went the extra distance to satisfy and put their customers first. The entire purchasing process went extremely well with no pressure for adding any extras onto the cost of the vehicle. I got in, they were waiting for me and we got the paperwork done. After that Frank gave me a personal tour of my new GMC Terrain going over all the features and how they all worked. Frank wanted to make sure that when I pulled out of the lot I felt confident not only sitting behind the wheel but how everything worked. It was truly a great experience. Lastly the very next day Frank called me to make sure everything was fine not only with the vehicle but with me in my purchasing of the vehicle. He wanted to see if I had any questions at all after driving the vehicle. It was a great feeling and a nice personal touch to do a follow up the very next day to make sure everything was okay and if I had any questions. Total Fail on their so-called internet shopping Website...On December 29th 2017 after spending well over an hour and a half on their website viewing their available inventory I located a vehicle to purchase, I then utilized the "Shop-Click-Drive" part of their webpage, after navigating the various screens and providing all the required information including my trade-in vehicle's vin# and the payoff figure for same, and financing options for my purchase I submitted my purchase request. I received a confirmation at 02:21am, indicating "Thank you! Your Shop-Click-Drive purchase request has been received at O'Neil Buick GMC. My role as your personal consultant here at the dealership, is to assist you with your online purchase. I will contact you soon to confirm your appointment and answer any questions. When we meet, you can test drive your new GMC and receive a value for your trade-in (if you have one). And remember, while your deal is being processed, we can make changes at any time. Your scheduled appointment is on: December 30th 2017 at 3:00 pm, Transaction Code: f73fd-01b32f-7e0c1t" At 10:30 am I received a phone call from a sales associate named "Robert" who inquired when I would be coming up to Warminster from my home in South Jersey to complete my on-line purchase of the vehicle I had chosen, I asked if "I could come up at 3:00pm that day," and Robert said "it would be no problem." I left my residence to travel the 63 miles that took me an hour and a half because of an accident on 476, I actually called at 2:55 pm to let Robert know I was running late and would be at least another half hour, a female associate took my message and said "Robert was busy but it was not a problem." At 3:30 pm I arrived at the dealership, the female associate I had spoken with earlier on the phone greeted me and said "Robert was Busy," she took my Drivers Licence and Keys for my trade in to be evaluated and disappeared for 15-20 minutes, when she returned she stated, "I'm so sorry but we sold the vehicle just a few minutes ago!" I inquired as to how that could happen as I relayed everything that had transpired to bring me to the dealership including the fact I had a Shop-Click-Drive confirmation transaction code for my Online purchase, she gave me an excuse that "I had not put a deposit to hold the vehicle down when I utilized the Website," but I pointed out that a check of the Webpage revealed no such requirement was indicated or made available to me when utilizing the "Shop-Click-Drive" Online purchase option. She then handed me off to Sales and Leasing consultant Tom Wardle, who took me outside in the 20 degree weather to take a guided tour of the lot to see if another vehicle would magically appear for me to purchase, none were to be found, imagine that! you would have thought a quick check of the dealerships computerized inventory would have been quicker more efficient agenda to have utilized, but I was angry and pretty hot, so maybe Tom figured the cold brisk air would cool me down! It did not, I was now getting angrier and hotter by the minute with this "O'Neil GMC chinese fire drill," Tom then handed me off to Used Car Manager Kevin O'Neil, who once again offered his condolences for the death of my deal, I asked him, how did this happen? however it was clear as he struggled to provide an explanation that no reasonable one would be forthcoming from him, and Robert was still MIA, most likely hiding in the mens room from me, no explanation was ever provided why he was not available while I was there, after all I was his customer! Kevin tried to placate me and told me how he would take my information and conduct an extensive search of his computer base and see if he could locate me another vehicle for me like the one that I had come for, this is really the only reason O'Neil GMC gets "One Star" because it was clear I got screwed over, and the reasonable expectation was that they sold my vehicle right out from under me to a walk-in customer. Then the long trip back home, another 63 miles and now almost two hours in Philly rush hour traffic, not to leave out the Bridge and Turnpike tolls and gas wasted because of O'Neils great "Shop-Click-Drive" failure....what a waste of time and money! Lastnight, we started what we thought would be a draining experience in search of a certified pre-owned, low mileage Buick Lacrosse. Well, surprisingly it took us no more than 15 minutes for her dream car to pop up! We made the call and our appt. was fir 1pm the next day. TODAY my granddaughter purchased her first car !!! The experience was professional and smooth. Mr. Joe Chello is the best. His aura is definently intoxicating..He remind me of a Gentle Giant, His smile, His voice, His knowledge, His swagger in his forte, cannot be overlooked. NEVER have I met a salesman as he. Ben Shoolin showed us a Buick Encore a couple of weeks ago. Due to some unexpected expenses at our house (a broken hot water heater) we couldn't buy it that day. He followed up with a nice phone call and an email, he was very friendly, understanding and helpful. After our water heater issue was resolved we decided to go back to see Ben to see if the Encore we liked was still available. We were so happy when he told us the one we liked was available! Ben took as much time as we needed to show us all the options the Encore has and answered all our questions thoroughly. After I signed the lease papers (Gerry the financial guy was terrific too!) Ben brought us the freshly washed fueled and detailed car. Then he sat inside the car with me and my husband to connect our cell phones to the blue tooth, showed us the dials and controls and literally went over every option this great little suv has. I live down the road from O'Neil Buick/GMC and actually never considered purchasing a GMC from this dealership. After shopping around at a few other dealerships I decided to stop at O'Neil. I met Mike Tahaney and we sat down and discussed what I was looking for. I presented him with a print-off from the GMC website explaining the features I wanted on a Sierra 1500 SLE. There was nothing at O'Neil as per my choices. Mike got started on his search and found one at a dealership and told me they can have it transferred to O'Neil. He then did something no other dealership did, he presented me with numbers! The Sticker Price, O'Neil's Selling Price, minus discounts for being a credit union member and a veteran, minus the amount for my trade-in (which was comparable to KBB.com) and then the amount I would owe after tax and registration. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was below the amount my wife and I had budgeted it for a new vehicle. One week later and I am now driving a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE and love it. He has got to be the hardest working, honest, and caring person in the industry. You can't go wrong dealing with Keith. He will not push you, I hate pushy sales people. O'Neil is a family business and they do treat you like family. The service team is outstanding and I have dealt with some not so honest service departments in my lifetime. I do know my vehicles and I maintain them well. I know what they are going to need before it goes in and have never been suggested anything extra. After 2 years of hearing nothing about my airbag recall, I found out from the GM website that parts were available. I made an appointment 2 weeks out. Dropped the vehicle off the night before and was told I could pick it up after 13:00. At 09:34 I was called and told that the parts had to be ordered and I could have my truck. Are you kidding me! Why weren't the parts ordered while I was waiting for my appointment? Its a National Recall! All trucks have the issue! After all, I spent $30,000 on a truck from your dealership. You should have my information? Oh, sorry, I keep my vehicles longer than most because I don't lease them. My name was purged from the system. Maybe the day after I bought the truck. I still haven't heard anything from the dealership or the service manager. The service writer knows I was upset, and could have done something to easy my frustration, but he chose not to. Just leased a Yukon Denali from O'Neil - WONDERFUL experience! So easy... so straight forward - an actual joy. We did our homework, narrowed down our choices and felt prepared for our Saturday visit. WOW, were we surprised. Our salesman, Ben, walked us through the different categories we were looking at, had the models pulled out and ready to test drive, was patient through a little indecision, and SO knowledgeable. He listen to our needs and answered questions... no "script" or pushy nonsense. He presented some options we hadn't considered, and made us feel really in tune with the different options. I can not say enough about this dealership (O'neil GMC) and my experience. We have bought many of cars/trucks over the years and this is actually the second vehicle I have leased. This, by far, was the best, easiest and most enjoyable experience I have ever had when dealing with new vehicles. Frank Raisman was our salesman and he was a pleasure to deal with to say the least! Great dealership, very friendly and courteous and professional service department. Unfortunately they represent GMC, and this is the last one of those I will ever own. I really wanted to buy American and trusted that the quality was going to be on par with the foreign cars I've bought in the past... Think again. Although the vehicle is only two years old, I have already had two problems not covered under warranty that cost nearly $2000 between the two of them. My warranty has expired because of mileage but the issues I experienced had nothing to do with mileage and we're simply poor workmanship. I contacted GMC directly but of course they were not willing to stand behind their product. I hope O'Neil start selling Toyotas soon, I like the dealership and would like to work with them again but would never consider a GMC at this point. read more

Tom was polite, patient and professional he answered all questions I had and listened to exactly what I was looking for. I made an appointment to have my trade in valued. I was looking for a used car and Frank Raisman was my very helpful salesman. He understood what I was looking for and my price range and did not try to sell me anything that didn't fit my criteria. He emailed me with updates as cars became available and I ultimately bought a Ford from this GMC dealership. At the last minute, on the day of purchase, I called O'Neil because wanted to get the car checked out by a third party before I came in, and they, without hesitation, agreed to take the car to my service station. I had issues with the Chevy dealer next-door and they were trying to charge me $1000 for something warranty should cover. (A window that lit on fire and exploded over my sons car seat) O'Neil gave me a stellar price on the exact vehicle I wanted without negotiating from the start. Oh and they took that 1,000 I was going to have to pay lafferty off of the quote too. Awesome!! I went to other dealers and no one could come close. Steve S. was a great salesman because of his lack of bullshi**ing like most others. So happy I decided to stop in. Our salesman was Walt Jasinski, he really went the extra mile for us...we were looking for a 2016 Buick Premium Lacrosse. they did not have any in stock, he found one in Mt. Joy Pa.
