I would give this -5 (negative 5 stars) if I could. ABSOLUTE WORST PRODUCT. AWE Switchpath exhaust for '24 Ford Raptor Purchased April 15, 2026 through your AWE authorized dealer. Installed and immediately the valve opening or actuator did not work. Exhaust mode disabled and CEL constantly on. Waited 2 weeks for replacement part to show up. Michael from AWE admitted the batch that was originally sent out was not Quality Checked and just shipped out to be sold to customers. (clearly this company does NOT stand by their product). Installed replacement part in May. 2 weeks after, immediately noticed exhaust mode disabled again and CEL came on. Each time afterwards, either the exhaust mode won't work or CEL was on/off. Took it back to AWE dealer to check in June 2026. July 2026 - exhaust mode disabled again and CEL on. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES NOT QUALITY CHECK THEIR OWN PRODUCT BEFORE SHIPPING OUT. I WASTED TIME OFF OF WORK, UBER TRIPS AND LEAVING MY TRUCK IN THE SHOP MULTIPLE TIMES. WARNING: DO NOT BUY! Should've bought Borla or any other exhaust. Even my mechanic now has serious concerns about AWE after seeing all the issues. read more

Absolutely terrible business. I emailed them over and over and over. Their only solution for their terrible exhaust not fitting after I manipulated in on 4 different occasions and took it to a professional shop was to take it to another professional shop of their choice. Nothing solved here and they didn't even offer to take the exhaust back or refund me. Unbelievably terrible customer service. read more

Ordered the touring exhaust with quad tips and resonator for my 2016 Audi with the assistance of John V. He has exceptional customer service skills! We've been corresponding back and forth for several weeks He's been very patient with me. He answered all my questions within 24 hrs. Can't wait until my exhaust arrives! Update: It's been about a month since the exhaust installation. I had 3 different issues with the exhaust. First the rattling, had spacers installed to get rid of the noise. Then the driver side exhaust was tilting because the bracket closest to the exhaust wasn't sturdy enough to hold the weight. They installed another bracket to distribute the wt. The last issue is purely cosmetic. The driver side exhaust tips are protruding out 1/2" more than the other side. I can't push it back any further because the weld is in the way. Other than adjusting the passenger side to match or cutting 1/2 " off the pipe to match both sides. read more

They advertise 3-4 weeks. I check in around week 3.5 and they say it going to be a bit longer, check in again around week 6, no reply from customer service. Almost week 8, I cancel the order. There are plenty of places to buy exhaust. If you had just been upfront about the delivery times I wouldn't of minded, but I hate the run around BS. Bad business practice. I expect more customer service on a 3000 exhaust system. read more

company does not stand by their parts! had issues with their exhaust and then now look at how their carbon fiber china intake looks after 20k miles, they want $170 for a replacement of that piece, even when I showed them the picture. they even admit on forums they knew it was a factory that screwed them over by using a crappy epoxy resin on the CF but they will not good will the part or give a meaningful discount. $170 is crazy to ask for when they know the manufacture made the part out of spec. avoid this brand and go with reputable brands like 034 / integrated engineering read more

Orders an exhaust on Jan 22nd with an estimated ship date of 2-4 weeks. End of Feb rolls around and i inquire about a ship date, was informed March 22nd would be the ship date. So 60 days after order not 2-4 weeks. March 22nd rolls around and still no notification of shipping. Emailed again, 5 days later i get a response telling me April 7th. Delay in email response sometimes took weeks and a 75 day production to ship time for an exhaust that is not made of any special metal, while costing $1500, is an absolute poor way to establish a relationship with a customer. read more

Don't purchase anything thru there site, there communication is none existent once they have your money I purchased a y pipe that was poorly executed to requested a return no one contacted till i open a dispute. They then said I can return the item if I paid shipping with insurance no refund on the original shipping fee plus 20% restocking fee on a item that was $175 so after all said and done I would've got back $100 for there poor quality item stand clear of this company you've been warned read more

Woke up one morning to find that one of my exhaust tips was gone from my BMW F32. I called John and Mike for a replacement and they immediately sent out a new tip with hardware. Unbeknownst to me, they updated their Touring exhaust system; the new tips did not need barrel clamps to be secured to the tailpipe. My exhaust tips were of an older design, so I was very confused to receive my order without clamps. Mike was extremely patient with me; he called me back after I left a lengthy voice message explaining the situation (I find this extremely rare in customer service). He kept me on the phone while I sent him pictures of what I needed, just to ensure without a doubt what he needed to do to move forward. We got off the phone, and within 10 minutes I received a call back from him, informing me that he sent out an ADDITIONAL exhaust tip to match the updated tip I received a few days earlier, basically bulletproofing the order, at NO CHARGE. This exceptional customer service will not go unnoticed by me. Not only do their exhaust systems sound amazing, but the customer service is on the same tier. I highly recommend their products. AWE does some pretty AWESOME stuff for Audi's 3.0 TFSI platform(among many), trully well engineered and high quality, niche parts, to get you to the next level of performance. Have dealt with them over the years, excellent customer service. They know their cars well, and for sure yours. Johny Voss is AWEsome, and then some. This shop stands behind their products. We purchased an exhaust as part of the performance package for our Porsche in 2005. It came with a life time warranty. 15 years later, one of the side plate was blown due to pressure. The took it back and repaired it without any hassle. Great products but poor organization and customer service. Went to pick up my exhaust to find out that they made the wrong one (everything is built to order). I called John at AWE as he was the person i spoke with when i picked my order up. He told me that they had both editions written down on the order but they made the wrong one. Wouldn't you think to call the customer to verify? John told me that he would speak to someone about building the correct exhaust. I never heard from him again after the initial phone call. I called multiple times and never received a return phone call. I still have not received my exhaust or even a notification if my new exhaust is even being built. AWE makes top of the line products but they employee idiots who don't know the basics of customer service. read more
