We just settled on our first home after having worked with Cindy from O'Neill Enterprises Realty for the past six months or so. Let me preface this review by stating that I'm absolutely sure that I was not the easiest client to please, but the continual and unwavering help and support by ALL members of O'Neill have made the entire process much easier to handle. Cindy was not our first agent, but we learned more from her in the first three weeks than we learned in the entire year of home searching with another agent. She was always easy to contact, would call back quickly if unavailable, and particularly knowledge. Anytime she wasn't sure, she was able to contact the owner, Aimee, for a quick response. For background, Aimee is a professional tax lawyer among what must be a hundred other professions, and has the answer for any questions you may have. I would give them zero stars if I could. It's been over three months and all the woman Amy had to do was make sure the deed was clear and transfer her name onto the title and have a contract notarized for amount of money To buy the house privately. She had all of our paperwork and never got back to us. So we started calling trying to get a hold of her and she either was never in the office but was in a meeting So we naturally would leave a message. After about six messages and no return calls we got a little angry and demanded that we speak with her but still got the excuse that she was in a meeting. She finally got the point one time and called us back and made us a bunch of false promises to get things done. After another week of not hearing from her we started leaving messages again I'm getting the same old story and never called us back to say anything. We just went up there today and picked Up our paperwork to go find someone else to do this for us. Absolutely ridiculous they wasted at least two months of our time by lies and beating around the bush. ZERO STARS! read more
