You might have to wait a day or two for it to arrive, but that isn't their fault. I am so impressed with their help. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Darren's Carquest in Alliance, NE.

Its to bad i even had to give one star. I will never shop at this establishment again. Tried to…read morewarranty a interstate battery where it was purchased 21 months ago and a simple process turned into a joke. 24 month free replacement 5 year performance replacment. I explained to the employee that it would take a charge but wouldnt hold it. So he comes out to my vehicle and test it with his tool and tells me that his 800.00 dollar tool knew more than i did. I explained that with the alternator working fine and the fact that i had charged the battery the night before and then disconnected it while i was at work and it was dead approximatly 6 hours later that i needed them to honor the warranty. I was expected to remove battery and leave at store overnite so they could charge it and prove me wrong. This would leave me with no vehicle. I then asked if i did that and they found that the battery was bad would they have a replacement. No i would have to wait a week for a replacement cause they were unwilling to over nite a battery. The employee went into a weird rant about he remembered me coming in and buying the battery a fee weeks ago. What!!! I said i hadnt even purchased the battery my son had and it was about 21 months ago. My son was in the airforce and i thought i would be nice and fix up his car. Then he got mad and started getting mouthy with me while his boss darren was quickly walking away to hide in the back as to not have to deal with the situation that had arose. believe i was treated unprofessionally. Just know this you shop at this establushment at your own risk. Good luck.

First time I needed a new battery. Got a new Ford Motor Craft Battery from Cover-Jones. Then I went on my 600 mile trip for vacation. Filled up at my first stop and the car wouldn't start. I was in the middle of nowhere at 3 in the morning. Ended up having to buy another battery from another shop, this an Interstate Battery. When I came back I wanted my money back from the battery. Guy said he had to put the battery on a machine to get a code to be able to do that. He came back and said the battery came back good. I looked at the receipt and it showed it charged for about 18 minutes, sure it will pass if you charge it up. It was put back in the car and car died the next day. I put back in the Interstate battery and it has been running ever since. Sorry to tell you the battery is bad. Second time I was changing out my AC compressor in my other vehicle. Being a Good Samaritan and not releasing all that harmful freon into the environment I took it too Cover-Jones to evacuate all the freon. Dropped the vehicle off, walked down to Zesto for a shake as it was hot out that day. As soon as I placed my order I got a call saying my car was finished. I thought to myself that was fast, only took 10 minutes. Walked back, was charged $60 for a 10 minute job, OK I'll round it up to 15 minutes to be nice. Disconnected the first line that the low side AC port is on and LUCKILY I was wearing eye protection. It wasn't a little spritz but the line jerked my hand back with a lot of pressure. I can understand there be a little bit of residual pressure but this acted like it was never evacuated.
