Nothing to try to convince me that it was a good product. I said I was going to do some more research and then decide. To which he said, "the research is just going to confuse you." Buddy, you just lost a customer. Condescension is never a good sales tactic.

I wasn't able to carry the battery outside which the representative did assist however when he was done he left the battery outside on the ground and informed me in order to receive the 5.00 I had to bring the battery inside due to him helping another customer. So instead of going back and forth I saw another customer walking into the store who was nice enough to assist me and bring in battery. Once I came back into the store I had to wait another 20 minutes for another associate to come and enter their password to receive my refund of 5.00. This store did not have the best service. Instead of the man who replaced my battery just start helping another person without fully finishing helping me was completely unprofessional!
