So Monday comes and not only did he come to where my husband was but helped him basically rebuild the turbo with another turbo made sure it worked and charged us an amazing price. These people go above and beyond with their customer service and Greg deserves a raise!!! My faith in customer service and humanity has been restored!! If this is anything like their ford dealership…read more Extremely disappointed with the service at Doggett Ford Beaumont. They dropped my car off the jack and caused additional damage. After that, they made me drive an hour and a half just to pick up a loaner--adding even more time to an already extended repair process. When I raised the issue, Kenny (service) told me "it's not about right or wrong." I also asked about inspecting the wheel for possible mechanical damage because it was a safety concern. They refused to answer my questions. Matt, the service manager, said he would "only talk to the owner of the vehicle" (my wife) and then lied about the damage--claiming it was just a scratch when it was clearly a 1/8-inch divot in the wheel. Valerie was the only bright spot; she was genuinely nice. Everyone else left me with a shady, unprofessional experience. Leslie Doggett should be ashamed to put his name on this dealership. Names used to mean something. They don't anymore. Would not recommend.
