When it didn't show up, I tried reaching the sales, tech support, and customer service departments by phone but couldn't get anyone on the line and couldn't leave a message. Started to think this was a non-delivery scam. Instead, it was just trash customer service. Finally got a response via email and proceeded to have an interaction with an extremely rude sales rep who just kept blaming me for the problem, stating it's "not his problem," and using all caps to communicate in a snarky way. Honestly atrocious customer service and a terrible buying experience from start to finish.

This mower has not been used in a few years and is old (early '90s). Hey, I used it to cut lawns during summers to make some extra cash in high school, so this lawn mower holds some sentimental value, too. To make a long story short, I popped over to Lanny's to talk with their staff about some issues that kept the mower from running. I am not all that mechanically inclined, but Lanny's helped to figure out what needed replacing. We looked over schematics, and then they found the appropriate parts for this dinosaur in their inventory. I was surprised that they had parts for mowers from the early '90s! Great service! Friendly, helpful, courteous, and willing to show you the ropes if you need it. If I need parts for simple repairs, I'll be heading back to Lanny's. When standing by the counter, be sure to check out all of the crazy damaged lawn mower blades. What the heck do people run over?

Then he proceeds to tell me they do not have it and I should just go spend my money elsewhere because they will not be ordering it. Owner is a pompous d***! I try and support local businesses whenever possible but I will not support this abuse. I give Lannys another year in business if that.
