Just picked up our vehicle and the windshield is broken. Returned to the shop and asked them about…read morethe windshield. They stated that the windshield could not have been broken while in their possession. Asked if they have security cameras in their shop so they could review and see if something fell on the truck to break the windshield. They said they have no security cameras. We feel they must have insurance to cover the cost of damages to vehicles while in their possession. Will never take another vehicle to the business nor refer any one to them as they showed no respect for our vehicle or concern that our windshield was broke while in their shop.
