They talked me into putting a black wrap on the spoiler and on my roof and other parts of my car. It turned out to be a very cheap wrap. And it looked horrible after a couple years. It took Southwest Body Shop over seven hours for two minutes to take this wrap off my car. When I went back to Street to talk to them about this rap, they told me they would charge me to take it off and would not stand behind it.!!! I would think long and hard before going back to Street toyota to buy a car or anything else! Here are some pictures of the rap before Southwest Body Shop started taking it off? I brought my Lexus in at 8am on Wed. & he kept saying, "It'll be ready tomorrow, tomorrow..." then I got a text from Street Toyota saying "Thank you for bringing in your vehicle!" ON FRIDAY MORNING. I am very grateful that his ego wasn't bigger than my safety but he cracked my cowl seal (GOOGLE THATT!) and broke my windshield wiper - - which he did not disclose - - I had to notice it and point out that I just got my oil changed at Street Toyota a week before and was absolutely certain the windshield wiper was in new condition before I dropped it off to him. So began the "Tomorrow, Tomorrow" game for those replacements and it took him, Julio, my giant paper-book manual, and GOOGLE for them to change the windshield wipers - - which do not look right - - and he replaced both cowls when only the one that he destroyed was needed. (There was no sun damage to it nor was there wear & tear - - they were perfectly sealed and unnoticeable!) He replaced it with an ill-fitting seal or just did a 1/2-Donkey job because there's a gaping hole now leaving the engine and my cabin vulnerable to weather and critter exposure. He, Ted, and Julio just made me feel like a Dumb Female and I know they're reading this saying, "That's redundant!!" But I have pictures and video of Braden & Julio just confounded as to how to change the windshield wiper so - - who's the dumb female??! (Sorry to be redundant). Definitely go to Accent unless you're a Dumb Female. (Sry, thame sing).

My wife and I have rarely have required body shop repairs for any of our vehicles, but after our…read morenew vehicle suffered damage to the passenger side, we researched body shop reviews online and found this body shop, Harvey's Precision Body Shop. The reviews were complementary, plus the write-up by the shop explained who they are and how much experience their staff have in repairing vehicles, so this made us feel comfortable enough to set up an estimate for repairs needed. Upon arrival, an employee named Mindy greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. She got another employee for us named Isaac, who is an on-site adjuster, and he took over from there and on the spot put together a comprehensive estimate for us to submit to the other person's insurer that we were dealing with. We received approval from them in short order to have our vehicle fixed, so we set up the appointment and took it in to this business. Throughout the repair process, Isaac kept us updated, and once all work was fully finished, we were given our SUV back in pristine condition! The inside was detailed beautifully as well. Overall, they provided an excellent work product and had great communication. Also, their charges for all of the work needed were quite reasonable and fair.
