What went wrong: -Everytime I asked a question the salesman looked at my husband when answering. -I specifically told him that I did NOT want to finance through one specific bank and would not pay an application fee ( as the dealer charged me the 175$ for dealer's optional fee for app processing, certific, title, registration, plates) -Upon signing the following day, I realized the salesmen indeed processed a loan from the bank I asked him not to which charged me a $50 application fee. - The reason for this review- I refinanced the car loan when my bank ran a deal and I got a lower rate. I never got a title! Nor did the previous bank have it. I called Reymore. They said I'd have to get one myself. So, well after the fact, I have had to order a replacement title from DMV. I thought the backward attitude from my relatively young saleman was bad enough, but NEVER would I recommend this dealership to a friend.

They gave her less than half of the blue book value for her trade in, she purchased a 100,000 mile warranty on the car that had 40,000 miles left on the factory warranty, and even with almost a 50% down payment, ended up with a payment that is withing $50 a month of a brand new car. They saw her coming and took full advantage.

    Honestly if there was a no star option I would use this. We showed up to the store needing a brake…read morebracket. Now if you are familiar with central square you know there is an O'reillys across the street as well. The guy and woman behind the counter insisted that we were unable to buy just the brake bracket. They said " no parts store is allowed you have to get these directly from the dealership" LIES ALL LIES! They sold me a new caliper being that we needed the brake bracket i didnt have time to waste. I bought the caliper. THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG FRICKEN PART! As i sat there bleeding my brakes for 11 hours, trying to determine why with a new caliper do i have SPONGY breaks. Now we all know you cant return the caliper that was wrong. I ended up going to O'reillys. ILL BE DAMNED. they had the brake bracket in stock they could have sold me. THEY ALSO had a new caliper that was the one i needed. I am beyond disgusted at the blatant lies that advanced auto employees spewed telling me i cant get it any where else. When we mentioned O'reillys they had alot of things to say about them. I will NEVER EVER buy from an advanced auto again, nor will i recommend it to anyone else. O'reillys will be the first place we go and the only place. I know mechanics and they also WILL NOT shop with advanced anymore. YOU ALL ARE A DISGRACE, its a wonder the parking lot is empty. Learn to be honest and treat customers with the upmost respect.

    We have been longtime, loyal customers at Mark's BUT NO LONGER!! I have always dealt with Andrea…read morewho is always thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly pleasant to work with. When she would tell me how much the services or repairs would cost, thats what they cost. In her absence yesterday I spoke with Mark himself. After an initial call about what was needed, Mark called to let me know how much the work would cost, tax included. I approved the cost and said yes to the work being done. Fast forward hours later and the cost increased $150 dollars. When I arrived at th shop, I asked to speak with Mark about the increase. I asked him to highlight on the receipt where that increase was. He did not do that. Money has always been tight so I pay attention to the details. I have to. After a good deal of time with Mark talking over me, asking if I understand, and trying to convince me that I did not hear the amount that I approved the work for, he says "Listen Doll. I dont have a crystal ball." I have never been spoken to like that by an employee of a business, much less the OWNER of the business! Its "Dolls" like myself that keep his business going. I regret that Andrea was not there. This would not have happened. Needless to say, Myself and my family will never give this business another penny. I question whether you should.
