What went wrong: -Everytime I asked a question the salesman looked at my husband when answering. -I specifically told him that I did NOT want to finance through one specific bank and would not pay an application fee ( as the dealer charged me the 175$ for dealer's optional fee for app processing, certific, title, registration, plates) -Upon signing the following day, I realized the salesmen indeed processed a loan from the bank I asked him not to which charged me a $50 application fee. - The reason for this review- I refinanced the car loan when my bank ran a deal and I got a lower rate. I never got a title! Nor did the previous bank have it. I called Reymore. They said I'd have to get one myself. So, well after the fact, I have had to order a replacement title from DMV. I thought the backward attitude from my relatively young saleman was bad enough, but NEVER would I recommend this dealership to a friend.

Fast forward hours later and the cost increased $150 dollars. When I arrived at th shop, I asked to speak with Mark about the increase. I asked him to highlight on the receipt where that increase was. He did not do that. Money has always been tight so I pay attention to the details. I have to. After a good deal of time with Mark talking over me, asking if I understand, and trying to convince me that I did not hear the amount that I approved the work for, he says "Listen Doll. I dont have a crystal ball." I have never been spoken to like that by an employee of a business, much less the OWNER of the business! Its "Dolls" like myself that keep his business going.
