I bought a beautiful used Nissan Pathfinder from this dealer. It was what I was looking for so I completed my purchase. I have a top tier credit rating. What went wrong: -Everytime I asked a question the salesman looked at my husband when answering. -I specifically told him that I did NOT want to finance through one specific bank and would not pay an application fee ( as the dealer charged me the 175$ for dealer's optional fee for app processing, certific, title, registration, plates) -Upon signing the following day, I realized the salesmen indeed processed a loan from the bank I asked him not to which charged me a $50 application fee. - The reason for this review- I refinanced the car loan when my bank ran a deal and I got a lower rate. I never got a title! Nor did the previous bank have it. I called Reymore. They said I'd have to get one myself. So, well after the fact, I have had to order a replacement title from DMV. I thought the backward attitude from my relatively young saleman was bad enough, but NEVER would I recommend this dealership to a friend. read more

This is just a warning. My wife went to test drive a used car, and was pushed into a deal. They gave her less than half of the blue book value for her trade in, she purchased a 100,000 mile warranty on the car that had 40,000 miles left on the factory warranty, and even with almost a 50% down payment, ended up with a payment that is withing $50 a month of a brand new car. If i could give no stars I would. We have always recommended everyone to Raymore in Central Square. I will no longer send anyone ever again. Was in an accident in September we took our Travese there, other then the body damage I complained that right after the accident my steering wheel does not sit straight when driving straight (turned to about 10:30 to go straight) my back end is shaking while driving, stearing is loose and just doesn't feel safe. Raymore fixed the body and repaired the rim. I have a full decal down the side that had to be replaced it does not match (not even close) the original side and they sent it out like that. I am having that fixed on my own. They told my car was done and i could come get it. Then asked if they were doing the alignment and figuring out what's wrong, the tech said "you're car is fine and whose paying for it" after multiple times of asking them to look at it again, because it's not fine. I finally gave up, picked up my car and took it else where. I should probably add that Raymore charged the insurance company for an alignment, got paid for it, but did not do it. When I took it to the other shop they immediately verified my claims, on their test drive. Noted that if you hold my stearing wheel straight it pulls hard to the right. Lifted my car and there's a ton of play in the back tire that was hit. A quick glance under showed that my links are broke and the tech himself said that it happened from the impact. If raymore would have done an alignment they wouldn't of been able to with the broken links. This was all an insurance claim and the company even said they would pay for it. Insurance company has been great. Raymore not only sent me out once, but twice with an unsafe vehicle. Because even though the insurance was paying for my rental I couldn't use it while my parts were on order. They said they would have one for me when I dropped my car back off, they didn't so we went threw enterprise (insurance paid for it). They failed to make my car "whole"again. I have plenty of documentation, voicemails, and photos saved. Now I had to submit another claim for the new shop to make my car whole again. The tech at Raymore (cody) acted like we wanted a free alignment, I never told him but we have lifetime alignment for our car. I can get it done for free, and I do it atleast once a year. I'm not asking for things to be done free. Only to fix what happened in the accident. If we have to pay out of pocket for this, we will seek legal council. MY CAR IS NOT "WHOLE" AGAIN. BEWARE! From sales to service the experience was atrocious. Would recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE. No one could get their act together from the contract to service everything "fell through the cracks." The sales rep kept assuring us that they'd make everything right but after signing the contract we had to fight to get the services done that were agreed upon PRIOR to signing and were supposed to be done before we picked up the vehicle. When we went to pick up the car none of the agreed upon terms were done and we had to call back multiple times to get on the schedule. Once we FINALLY got everything done the extra package we paid for, after purchasing with very explicit instructions that the sales rep assured us would be adhered to, were not done. We are now spending extra to get what we originally paid for done just to not have to deal with this place again. very poor communication , my vehicle was held for over a week before any work was performed , could not get any honest answers and after store manager failed to keep his promise on charges or give me the common courtesy of a return phone call i was over charged without a properly written invoice and subject vehicle broke down again where Reymore Chevy 's work had to be modified . read more

Bought a used truck. 2019 with 23k on it. You'd think being owned by the dealership as a errand truck it would've been taken care of right? I thought so too! Nothing but issues since day one. Found the bed bent. Of course after convincing them they repaired. Dent on the right fender, of course after convincing they popped the dent out but no scratch repair. Then the issues with the radio randomly turning off "couldn't be duplicated" hoped that was the end of it. Now the rear window leaks which is a "known issue" apparently and there even is a service bulletin regarding it. I purchased the extended warranty which you would think would cover it. Yeah according to them it does not. Highly recommend going elsewhere. They refused to cover the full amount. Attempting to "help" by saying they'd pay half, for something that is not even wear and tear and preventable by the owner!!!not to mention we purchased another car there less than a month ago thinking things would be different. Mistake again on our part. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

This is the worse place to buy a car they sold me a van that didn't run properly then finally switched it out for another van I got a flat tire and realized there was no spare or pump so I had to get towed. Then 2 months after owning the van i get a call from my insurance company saying the van was never registered so when Charles wescott the dealer finally called me back he told me it's not their problem and left it in my hands to deal with. Purchased a car..great low miles. It was missing control knobs for the radio and the salesman said he would "get" one. 4 months later..nothing. Chalked it up until I had body work done on another vehicle. I showed them an insurance check and asked if they could do the work for that amount and I was told yes. Trusting them I didn't get a written estimate. I pick up the car and I have to pay an additional $200 plus out of pocket. I call the dealership to talk to manager about my dissatisfaction and none of my phone calls are returned. Seems like old work automotive sales tactics. read more

A follow up to my original review..I was overcharged for the repair and when I spoke with the body shop manager about it I was told the extra charges were due to an "implied" charge related to my deductible. I disagreed with this explaining I had asked the body shop if they could do the repair with the amount on the check and I was told yes. Nothing was said about coming up with a deductible, this had nothing to do with the cost of the repair vs the amount on the check. In business who ever heard of an "implied" anything? read more

Easy transaction good costumer service fridenly environment. But please inspect when purchase a used vehicle thoroughly. Only 2 years with my used 08 elantra and the cosmetics on the trunk are completely gone. The vehicle was repainted and the paint is on its way out besides Cosmetics the car has been decent quality but I feel like at 10k price tag I should not have to be dropping money on a peeled off paint job thanks read more

Aweful Experience to say the least... Living 1.5 hrs away... During test drive it was discovered it had a bad bearing and damage to the bumper and right rear corner... upon delivery bearing was not replaced and bodywork was not complete.. a dent was still obvious and paint had no finish on it with overspray on the decals. A technition rode with me and also heard the bearing and eventually the front was replaced, however the technition claimed to hear it in the rear also.. at a later date to inspect the rear end, after accomodating there schedule bookings waiting 2 weeks, the body work was also attempted and returned to me with flat paint,no clear coat/ polish and the bumper was not touched. in fact came back with an additional dent and was painted over. the rear end was diagnosed as cut tires. also replaced were u joints which were bent causing my concern for rear end noise. the u joints were installed and left bone dry with no grease. Diagnosis... again.. cut tires. while in service I was told the check engine light turned on and a ox sensor was replaced.. 8 days in service and not one thing accomplished but an ox sensor which I have no paper work on..upon purchase the keyless was not working and was agreed to be fixed also.. they were unable to do so and told me to take to a Toyota dealer and they would assume cost.. now the sales manager has informed me he refuses to do so. We will now be going to court as this vehicle has been in as many as 4 times and minimal result.. If anyone read my last review it was removed as I was contacted by Reymore explaining the potential for work stoppage if I did not remove the review... and not to mention....after service attempt 2, I met a driver halfway giving him half a tank of gas as he turns to me and says.."I hope there's a gas station near by beacuse your on E" After countless requests to speak with the owner reguarding rude management... Nothing was accomplished... One thing I will say Is Jamie Sardo was the only person I can speak highly of.. He was a pleasure to deal with initally.. and offered to fill my tank after the driver left me hanging.. I can say He went beyond what he had to but one man can only do so much...
