Best car buying experience ever!…read more This is honestly an understatement of my experience. Typically when car buying is typically stressful and anxious. This was the total opposite for me. My Salesman Ryan Brooks. On my way there I called to inquire on a vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate that Ryan made me feel at ease and got back with the information needed on the vehicle promptly and not forcefully. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my wants and needs for my vehicle and keeping his word that he will make sure I am happy at the end and to come on by. Which we all know "may not happen" After our conversation and his ways of responding. I knew he cared about fulfilling my needs and making sure I would be happy. The conversation alone made me feel confident to drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. The best was yet to come! Walking into this dealership, the whole aura of how everyone speaks to you and the way they speak to one another. The whole interaction I was there for a couple of hours which felt more at ease and like hanging out with family than actually being at the dealership wondering who is going to "get you". I conversed with everyone there, another salesman man Shane, finance and sales manager Chris. You have to be there yourself to understand. Everyone is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is professional, they work as a team for sure. You can tell when people love what they do! Thank you for assisting me in purchasing my beautiful vehicle. I wish you continued well deserved success and hope you make everyone feel the way I felt today while doing something that can sometimes be stressful. You have truly changed my opinion on "going to a dealer". These are the type of dealerships you want to do business with. Even after a long day, I couldn't even wait to write this review. Auto Zone lost a long time customer today (9/29/17) over a defective Brake Caliper…read more Since there was a $30 core charge I took my old caliper off and carried it with me to purchase a new one. I made my purchase and installed it on my vehicle. After bleeding the brakes I noticed that the new caliper was leaking fluid at the brake line connection. I took it back off and checked the brake line but there is nothing wrong with the line itself. I cleaned it all up and reinstalled it. There was still a leak at the the connection. I disconnected the brake line again and double checked the connection for debris of anything that would prevent it from properly sealing and found nothing that was obvious. I then reconnected the brake line for a third time and had the same result, a leak at the the connection. At this point I removed the new caliper and returned it to the Commerce Ga Auto Zone where I had just purchased it an hour and a half earlier. I was informed they didn't have another in stock to warranty it but I could drive another 10 miles away to Jefferson Ga where they did have one and could warranty it for me or they could order on and have it "tomorrow". Neither one of those options was an acceptable as I needed the vehicle to be operational on Saturday morning (9/30/17). I told them that I just needed a refund and I would pick one up down the street at Advanced Auto Parts to which they responded, "We can't just do a refund, I'll need a receipt where you bought another one before we can do that." HUH?!? Seriously?!?!? They will NOT DO A REFUND on a DEFECTIVE PART unless you bring a receipt where you BOUGHT another one somewhere else! They refused to return my core also! In order for me to get my money refunded I had to go down the street to Advanced Auto Parts, purchase a new caliper AND pay a $35 core charge, take the receipt BACK to auto zone and THEN they refunded the purchase price back to my credit card and refund the $30 core charge back in cash. I cut up my Auto Zone rewards card RIGHT there at the counter and GUARANTEE I'll NEVER set foot in another one. Auto Zone you can thank your Commerce Ga store for the loss of one good customer and potentially several thousand dollars in future sales. NAPA, Advanced and or O'reilly will be getting my money from now on!!!

They tested my battery for free and offered me options. When I decided on a new battery their prices were competitive and they installed the new one for free. So I imposed upon someone with a trailer to load up the golf cart and me (I'm an eighty year old man with limited mobility). When we arrived at the store at the appointed time that I set up before hand and was told again that they will not install. I mentioned that I had spoken to several people prior to coming out. I was then told that the business had "changed management" and that they now no longer do this. Another employee had been in the process of ringing us up when this young lady said that. Needless to say, we left without purchasing and I am happy to give my money with a management team who is happy to install.Not even one star is deserved. Good luck batteries plus.
