Until today.. one of their machines took MY Jeep on a joy ride to get lunch, at some point scratched one of my wheels and even had the nerve to smoke in it. Of course i got one of the good ole boy "i'm sorries" and "it shouldn't have happen" and "I done told him bout doing stuff like that" Of course the lady at the front desk was defensive from the beginning and trying to makeup a lie as to why he drove my car. However, when I got my car back there were greasy hand-prints all over the front fenders of my car, also my drivers side door handle was covered in grease, and whoever worked on it didn't put a paper mat on the floor so my front floormat was covered in grease and mud. Atleast if you are going to dirty up my car you can clean the friggin thing before calling me and asking me to pick it up. If an auto repair shop doesn't care about my car than I don't care to do business with them.

They left my filter loose and so I lost all my oil and was driving without a sufficient amount in my engine for a week. They did not put the drain plug back on my car properly, which caused my engine to seize up and my…read morecar to shut down in the middle of the interstate. Now, I'm out a car and I had to purchase a new vehicle and they don't want to work with me at all or give me their insurance information so I can make a claim. My car was towed to a Hyundai dealership and they advised me that the drain plug was not put back on properly. When I called to discuss this with the owner, he told me that it made more sense that somebody came to my house and drained the oil out of my car than them to have made a mistake I'll be taking them to small claims court.
