I did not have any issues when I arrived. They were honest, and they did not try any upsell or tried to change the terms we agreed to on-line. All of the staff was helpful and pleasant. Again, Caleb my salesperson was great and I would refer him to others. I really appreciate their honesty and the fact that they did not try to change anything after our on-line dealings. That is rare among car dealers.

Employees were outside playing with a drone upon arrival but didn't have the thought to clean up a mess of oil before returning the car to its owner (which may have prevented the severity of this to begin with). I personally spent months communicating with Hankook, gathering records, following up repeatedly, and speaking directly with Hankook's warranty department. The original offer was lower, and I was the one who pushed the matter further and obtained the 47% adjustment. Second, my concern was never asking Ford of Spring Hill to submit a false or improper warranty claim. My concern was that the dealership never clearly diagnosed or documented why all four original tires on a 2024 Ford F-150 Lariat PowerBoost wore out prematurely at approximately 27,000 miles. I repeatedly asked for an explanation. I never received a clear one. If there was no warrantable vehicle defect, then I should have been provided a clear written explanation of what was inspected, what was ruled out, and what caused the abnormal tire wear. Instead, I was left with vague answers and no meaningful documentation. Third, the issue of tire rotations is important. My vehicle was serviced by Ford dealerships, and I trusted Ford to properly maintain the truck. It now appears the tires were not always rotated as represented or required, which in my opinion contributed to the premature wear. That is a service issue, not just a tire manufacturer issue. Fourth, I was told by Claude "Sparky" that the replacement tires would be mounted and balanced at no charge. After weeks of emails, phone calls, and waiting, that promise was later withdrawn and described as a "one-time offer." That is exactly why I advised future customers to get every promise in writing. Finally, my frustration is also with management. I called the General Manager's office several times and left messages requesting a return call. I never received the courtesy of a phone call back. After months of frustration, I received only a cold email. This was not simply about tires. It was about communication, accountability, proper documentation, and standing behind a customer. I do not believe Ford of Spring Hill handled this matter in good faith from the customer's perspective, and I stand by my review.

That piqued my interest seeing that would help get more money for their truck. On Saturday 3/21/2026, I messaged her advising I was able to stop in. As I I mentioned before I'm an hour out. She wished me a happy birthday and even said when would have balloons for me. I show up and I'm greeted by Wayne. He asked me who I was there for, I told him Cher. He asked what vehicle I was there to see. Had me sit at his desk while he called Cher. She didn't answer, so he went to get her. He was gone for 5 minutes and returns to tell me the truck I was there for sold that morning. Now I told Cher I used to sell cars, but you don't have to be a salesman to see a clear bait and switch. He immediately offered the other two Lightning and I said no thank you got up, shook his hand and left. I messaged Cher as I was in my car ready to leave and she didn't apologize for not having the truck, but again let me know about the other trucks they had. I told her I didn't come for the bait and switch and I have not heard back from her yet. I wasted over two hours just in driving. If the dealership was closer, I probably wouldn't be as upset, but this was ridiculous. My experience here at Spring Hill Ford is one if the many reasons people hate going to the dealership. For Cher to do that, knowing I was a car salesman really shows they do not care what they do, just as long as they get you in.
