    My vehicle was involved in an accident today, and dealing with this tow company made an already…read morestressful situation much worse. Law enforcement called them because the vehicle needed to be removed from the roadway. Our home was literally one street over (about 5 minutes away), and we politely asked if the vehicle could be towed there instead. To avoid any confusion, we called the number listed on the card while standing there. The woman who answered told us it was fine. We relayed that to the tow driver, and he start yelling wait until my dispatch call and even the responding officer confirmed there was no issue in our ask. When I recalled the office the lady tried to make it seem like money was an issue. Money was never discussed. Money was never the issue we were fully prepared to pay whatever towing fees were required. The problem was the tow driver. He became rude, dismissive, and argumentative for no reason. He repeatedly interrupted us, said he "didn't have time for this," mentioned needing to get to Lakeland, and ignored what both his office and the officer had already stated. Before we were even given a fair opportunity to decide where we wanted our own vehicle taken, he pulled off and said he was just going to impound the car. We never authorized that decision. This entire situation was caused by the tow driver creating unnecessary conflict and doing what he wanted to do. I called the company afterward and was told the manager would return my call, but I never received one. Accidents are stressful enough. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Staff was very friendly even with being busy…read more Once it was our turn, the staff listened and took the truck off for the oil change and check up. We dropped it off as we had errand to run. After a little bit, we received a phone call giving the update and any advice for needed work. No one tried to up sell or was pushy. Soon we were back to pick it up. They did a great job. They talk at you and never look you in your eyes!! We said we would not purchase another vehicle from Jim Browne, but three years later we went in for our finale oil change on our Compass and saw a Gray Jeep Grand Cherokee and we had the new vehicle fever!! Now we met Larry and his son Caleb and we was amazed at the offer they worked for us , so we brought the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee ! So now it's time for servicing our vehicle and we thought maybe things had changed in the service dept , it hasn't at least not for us ! The service manager has a very nasty attitude towards us and so did the gentlemen that serviced our vehicle on 6-27-26 , first he walked up to us didn't ask us anything, just started to open our door for us to get out ! I thought here we go again!! When service was completed he came to the waiting room and said your car is ready and walked away before we could get out of our seats! When we got to his desk steal very cold intolerant attitude!! He never went over what was done to our vehicle, we read the paperwork he gave us and we had asked about a recall regarding emissions control and safety, that asked him to fix , nothing was done for that recall ! Then my husband asked about our bright lights going off and on , this person got mad and he was not going to do that we would either wait there until he found the time! The way we were treated let's us know one thing , that our problems came from the service department's inability to honestly approach each customer without being bias attitude, we are all equal and want the same thing in life, that's to be treated with kindness and respect, nothing more! Because of this we will never buy another vehicle from Jim Browne ever again in this lifetime!! I'm sure another dealership will be glad to get our business!!!

    Ten stars on a five star scale! Here's the story - I took my iPad Pro to the place across the…read morestreet from BatteriesPlus for repair... Week One - I was told it would be a week's wait for the battery. Week Two - I got a call saying the parts were in. Dropped off my iPad and was told a 24 hour turnaround. Week Three - I called, hearing nothing. The place across the street now tells me all the parts were NOT in... Week Three plus a day - My iPad was returned with UNREPAIRED. I was told the battery was fine, and it must be a "motherboard problem." Oh yeah - when I picked up my iPad, it seems the place across the street gave me a few bonus white pixels in my screen when they reinstalled the battery improperly. THEN I WISED UP AND TOOK MY IPAD TO BATTERIES PLUS Week One - Had to wait for the battery to come in. Week One plus a day - Batteries Plus installed my new battery, FIXED the white pixel problem with my screen. It seems the place across the street kinked some of the battery wires during their attempt to fix the iPad, causing pressure on the back side of the screen. In summary - Batteries Plus fixed my iPad when they said they would. Batteries Plus kept me posted every step of the way. Batteries Plus fixed the white pixels in my screen due to the attempt at repair from the place across the street. Batteries Plus correctly diagnosed my iPad problem as a battery issue. Batteries Plus fixed it in 24 hours. They kept their promise. Best of all? Batteries Plus did all this for FIFTY BUCKS CHEAPER than the quote from the place across the street.

Well, it wasn't the exact same face plate and it never worked properly after that. It kept shutting itself down. This was over a year ago and I didn't report it immediately. I knew that they wouldn't know who the tech was that broke it.
