Yes, they carried what I needed, had it in stock and absolutely do the installation for an extremely fair price! Saving me almost $100 of a dealer quoted price which was basically labor. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The heat outside was oppressive, I felt for him, as the temp outside was 95* and they bring a cart out to the parking lot and change out the batteries. I imagine not having an indoor bay probably keeps the overhead down and passes a great savings on to the consumer. The staff of three were all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was suggested I get a new battery for the key fob too....good idea. I'm confident my upcoming 8 hr trip will be safer. I always do surveys but this place deserved a review. He told me the wait time was an hour then changed it to maybe an hour or a little more. I was back in an hour and was told gonna be 30 to 40 minutes more. I couldn't wait that long so came back 5 hours later after I confirmed on the phone that my phone was ready. I had to wait some more, for 20 minutes before I was attended to. There were 3 other customers just waiting as well. On top of that the technician said he broke the screen and didn't offer to replace. All in all a very frustrating experience.

Week Three - I called, hearing nothing. The place across the street now tells me all the parts were NOT in... Week Three plus a day - My iPad was returned with UNREPAIRED. I was told the battery was fine, and it must be a "motherboard problem." Oh yeah - when I picked up my iPad, it seems the place across the street gave me a few bonus white pixels in my screen when they reinstalled the battery improperly. THEN I WISED UP AND TOOK MY IPAD TO BATTERIES PLUS Week One - Had to wait for the battery to come in. Week One plus a day - Batteries Plus installed my new battery, FIXED the white pixel problem with my screen. It seems the place across the street kinked some of the battery wires during their attempt to fix the iPad, causing pressure on the back side of the screen. In summary - Batteries Plus fixed my iPad when they said they would. Batteries Plus kept me posted every step of the way. Batteries Plus fixed the white pixels in my screen due to the attempt at repair from the place across the street. Batteries Plus correctly diagnosed my iPad problem as a battery issue. We drive back home and he tries to install the brakes they were wrong. So he had to gather all the parts back again. I drove him back to the parts store and he told him this is wrong. These don't fit so he went again and he told him this is the truck I have this is the year the model everything everything about that truck. So the guy takes the old the first part back and then he says OK. This is the one that you need. He said I'm sorry I made a mistake. Here is the one that you need. This will work. We get back to our place. They tried to install the brake pads and they won't fit. They're the wrong size. It was getting too late and starting to rain so he boxed up the brake parts and said can we go back up tomorrow? And we told him yes one of us will drive you so this morning when they open, we will be back at the parts store and we will have a master mechanic with us who has been in the business for over 60 years and knows exactly what our neighbor needs for his truck brakes. And they are going to return the wrong brakes again. This is gas used going up and back up and back up and back. So wasting of the fuel doesn't make me very happy. So hopefully this morning they will get the right part that may be a different person who maybe knows his job a little bit better and this Neighbor can get his brakes done. I would recommend O'Reilly's auto parts for some things, but I don't recommend some of their employees. People don't have time to waste on going back-and-forth and they don't have the money for gas to go back-and-forth. And because of this back-and-forth mess and the employee not knowing what he's doing is why I gave the two star review.
