Finally, an auto parts store that treats you like a neighbor needing help, not someone who should know how to do everything on your own. Though originally I only walked in to get a replacement bulb and some new auxiliary mirrors for my side mirrors, after all the help and direction they gave me (not to mention the tools they let me borrow). I went back in, after replacing the bulb and bought a socket set and tire iron as well. They really care and go the extra mile to help you out and make sure you have exactly what you need to work on your car. I made an appointment at 7:30am- showed up when they were opening and they put my car up on the rack. I appreciated they showed me the router and brake pads condition - which was not good. They quoted me a price, negotiated it down a bit and we were out in an hour with new brakes. The place itself is a bit dumpy but employees appeared knowledgeable and front end customer service was great. We will see if I have any future issues but all in all I would recommend.
