These Guys are fantastic! I will ALWAYS trust them to work on my car! I went to them with what I believed to a bad seat motor. I was terrified at the potential cost. They started on time and performed the repair while I waited. It was necessary for them to completely remove the seat, re-align the motor and replace the seat. Rear tire kept getting lower and lower with car pulling to right. Regular stops kept tire inflated. Repeated refills were effective for short time. One last check revealed a very small puncture which was fixed quickly. Charge was less than $35.00 A great job! read more

In august 2022 we brought our vehicle to the shop to fix an electrical issue. 1 - They misdiagnosed it saying the fuel pump was bad. Many dollars later they admitted they were wrong only after we broke down five miles down the road from picking up the vehicle. 2 - They cut open a wire loom and fixed the shorted wire which we still had to pay for (more later) Then the misfiring and cat converter issues started. 3 - When we brought it back to them, they diagnosed that one fuel injector needed to be replaced. Instead they replaced 2, changed out the brand new spark plugs I put in just a few days before, broke off the connectors to the ignition coils, zip tied those together rather than fix them, improperly seated the intake manifold with loose bolts, left the headlight attached with only one screw, and still the wire loom was left open, when I went in the employees were clearly smoking in the garage as the were cigarette butts everywhere and it smelled like stale cigarettes. They looks concerned about me picking the vehicle up in the first place. Drove a few miles down the road and the misfire started again accompanied by an incredibly loud backfiring or knocking sound. If you're desperate, I'd stop by here to let them know you took your vehicle somewhere else. That's all they can be trusted to handle. The guy at the front counter is nice though. read more

Took my wife's car there and they had it a week. said it was repaired and they put on a starter, took a broke bolt out of the block and fixed a leak on coolant system. Said he gave me half off because we were friends. $1400 and the very next day my wife was on the side of the road broke down. They had not put it fully back together proper and it had the same starter as before. Grease all over the carpet and seat. They smoked in her car. And they didn't put any of the breather system back together right. Leak also was not fixed at all. All the did was remove the bolt. For 1400. And that's what he calls half off for friends Nah I don't need friends like that at all. They are useless and nasty. It use to be a nice place. really sad they would let a lady leave like that. read more

I would highly recommend this shop for your auto repairs. I dropped off my vehicle this week and they had the parts replaced on the same day! The shop was flexible about drop off and pickup times. The workers were very friendly on the phone and called me with very clear updates about the service process. The prices was not only fair, but it felt like they gave me a friends discount; I was expecting to spend double the final price they charged me. Been taking my car, truck and van here for years and always was very happy. Took my car for tires, oil change, front end alignment and brake check before my son drove it to Fl. He did all the work and said the brakes were fine for now but would need them in bit. My son took the car to Fl. and came back and three days later the brakes were metal on metal. I took it to them and they replaced the brakes. I went to pick it up and was shocked when I got the bill because he had replaced the rotors also and the bill was much more expensive then I had anticipated. I paid the bill and left because the owner wasn't there. I took the bill back up there two days later voiced my dissappointment since I had asked him to inspect the brakes. Not only did he refund me for the rotors but also for the pads. Needless to say I was VERY happy because I like taking my car to someone I can trust and who will treat me fair. They have always done quality work and this proves that they care about their customers and want to keep them as regular customers. Older style shop. No coffee, but comfy waiting area, just dated. Got me in quickly, was honest w diagnoses. Said could only guess at why car overheated. Replaced thermostat, but apparently never tested the car. 3 miles down the road car overheating again. They told me all they could do was guess now. read more

I really don't trust this place. I thought my bearing(s) needed to be replaced due to the distinct noise it was making, so I took it here to be assessed. They told me that it was, indeed, the bearing, and so they printed a quote off for me. The quote they provided said the parts would be $250. I thought this was steep, so I began asking around at the local auto part stores. O'Reily's quoted me $99 for the wheel bearing and hub, and Dickson Auto Parts quoted me $120. I know they tend to mark parts up if you buy them directly from the shop, but $150 more than the average price?! So I bought my own parts, and they repaired it, but they told me the loud sound I was hearing was still there, and they told me it was probably because I needed the other rear bearing replaced. At this point, I wanted a second opinion, so I brought it to another shop. The other shop told me that the bearings were not the problem and that the back wheels were chopped. So now I feel like I paid over $200 (would have been even more if I hadn't bought my own for something that didn't even need to be repaired and was almost talked into paying another $200 for an unnecessary repair because they fail to check if these parts are really working? They're trying to rip me off? Whatever it is, I'm not bringing my car here anymore. This is not my first bad experience here, either, but this review is already too long. read more
