Had a hard time counting real money and gave back wrong change. Just to find out when I got home I had received a used part. I went back to the store and almost didn't get a replacement because I didn't have a commercial account? Dude had me in the store while he was outside smoking a cigarette. 10 mins later he walks in and doesn't even acknowledge I'm there. I had to ask to be checked out. After a scoff he got back up and checked me out without a single word. Good job autozone. I won't be back and I'll make sure everyone I know, knows about the trailer park circus going on in there ... 0/10. I'd rather take my chances driving on bad parts than ever go in that store again.

They had the part I needed, lent me all the tools to replace my alternator and allowed me to wash my hands in their restroom with the decreasing soap. I used to come here for the UPS drop off, but unfortunately they don't do it anymore…read more Recently I was advised (and shown) by Jiffy Lube that our car really needed coolant as well as a new coolant cap, so I headed over here. There were three employees on premises. I told female #1 of 2 what I needed and also asked if they could fill the reservoir and replace the cap for me. She asked the male employee and the answer was no, which was a bit irksome as I recall other auto parts stores helping with stuff like that. Female #1 kept insisting that I wanted a radiator cap and that "coolant cap" was another name for it. Now I don't know a whole lot of auto mechanics and I don't work at an auto parts store but I knew she was wrong. Eventually she found the correct item in their computer inventory and sent female #2 to go get it; who returned to advise it was not on the specified shelf. The two of them discussed where else the item might have been put. It was found after a few minutes and they seemed more annoyed at having to look for something than regretful at keeping a customer waiting. (The male employee had disappeared by this time.) She did a good job showing me the available brands/prices for antifreeze. They have a good parking lot with two entrances, including handicap parking and access. There are so many auto parts stores around I doubt I will return to this one.

Called AAA then within a half hour Prebco got to my house to tow my car. Within a hour or two of them having my car they called me with an estimate. They had to get some parts ordered. Then to my absolute amazement these amazing people had my car completely done and ready for pick up by 3:30/4 that same day. They are my new mechanics. Everyone I talked to were great and super helpful.

I've used their services twice and I have been very pleased with the price, friendliness, and availability both times.
