Service was very friendly! When I picked up my car, the man at the register explained the estimate to me, recommending what items on my car I should prioritize. There was absolutely no sales-pitch to this...just a friendly explanation. Based on this experience alone, I will come back here when/if I develop issues with my car. With the way that I was treated, it felt like I was recommended by a family friend. I've only been to a few other auto places, but this one definitely stands out. I will write another review when I go back there to fix wherever my transmission fluid is leaking from.

When I pulled up I had a hard time finding anywhere to park because the lot was so crowded, but it was no big deal at first. I went in and told a man about the appointment I had made (2 days in advance mind you) and he told me with an attitude that it would be at least a few hours because they had no room in the garage. I said okay, thinking I really didn't have time because of work but whatever (hence making an appointment). Now I usually am pretty understanding but this is where it got ridiculous. The woman behind me in line (she also parked directly behind my car so I know I was there first) went to the desk and said she needed an oil change and something else done, no appointment. They took her keys no issue and one of the mechanics drove her car around. I was dumbfounded. Now maybe she was dropping the car off, but it didn't seem like it. It all felt incredibly wrong to me that she was taken care of no issue and I was met with a stupid look for questioning why I couldn't get in at my scheduled time. Beyond all of that, it took me about 10 minutes to leave because of cars parked behind me and having to slowly maneuver around a disorganized mess of cars. If you want friendly, organized service that sticks to their word, I would go somewhere else.

I have had serviced a 1994 Buick Century, a 2006 Toyota RAV4 and a 2013 Honda CRV, all to my compete satisfaction. In instances of very minor things (stuck hood release, oil change for the CRV, etc.) they didn't charge me a single penny. With regards to the hood release, they said it had become frozen (it was winter) and took only a moment to resolve, and so, no charge; with my CRV, they noted that the oil didn't need changed, and so in each of these instances they didn't charge me for any labor....and these are but two examples, I have many others. I have also had major work done on my Buick, in one visit.....A/C repair, exhaust system replacement, brakes, tune-up, transmission work, etc. all well under the cost I was anticipating (all total, still less than the cost if a typical A/C repair). My Buick had also been stolen in 2013, and the damage done to it by the thieves was sufficient that my insurance company wanted to total the vehicle, which I didn't want to have happen. Labosky's worked directly with the adjuster, negotiating both parts and labor, until the cost to repair was below the "totaled" value of the car. They literally saved my car from the junk yard. I could go on and on with many more such experiences with Labosky's, but I think I made my point...whether it is a domestic or foreign car, you can't take your car to a better, and more trusted, place than Labosky's! We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

I WAS told that I'd need to get something fixed at a later date, but it was something to keep in mind. Honestly, all I look for with mechanics is knowledgeability, competency, quality of parts, and condition of the shop. You won't get the bottom barrel parts here that you'd get at some of the other big chain auto care centers (those places maximize profits by using the barely qualifying parts to fix the problem). JMW wants you as a repeat customer, and anyone getting work done wants the repair to last. I'll be going back to them and I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs work.

The DSide Front tire was losing pressure, when braking there was a vibration and pull to the left and shaking started at 40 mph and lowed to vibrations over 55. They never called, changed the rotors and pads on all 4 wheels. I asked about the vibration and they said there was none. I asked they check again. They said yes and it was due to a damaged engine mount. They replaced but never fixed the shaking, fixed what they wanted and charge over $1400. DO NOT take your car there.

I've been getting my oil changed there for the past several years and I've never paid more than $50 for an oil change. I own a "2011" Ford Edge with less than 80,000 miles. I dealt with Zach. As usual, I signed what paper I thought was giving them permission to do the oil change? They've never added the charges up prior to signing for their service in the past. When I went to check out, I was presented with a bill for $87.86 and that was with my five dollar triple AAA discount Otherwise it would have been $92.86 when I looked at the charge, I was in shock! When I asked Zach about the price, he said well you signed for it. Yes I did sign for it, but I wasn't paying attention to the total amount that they were charging me, only the work order because they didn't used to put that on the invoice until you checked out. When I questioned Zach, he said it was because AAA is now only using synthetic oil and the price has gone up really high. I do realize that everything has gone up in price, but I should not have been charged twice the amount that I normally am charged at this service center! I feel like I was ripped off and I'm very very angry about it now! If you're stupid enough to go there like I was, make sure you look at your total before you sign anything or have any services done!
