They said no problem. Several hours later I get a call from Michael accusing me of dropping the phone and trying to take it to other repair shops before taking it to him. The phone came back with new damage around the edges. I suspect that the employee broke it while attempting the repair and is now trying to blame it on the customer. Not Cool Batteries Plus. I also know from personal experience that these guys are polite and know where almost every car, truck, SUV or van is in their yard and will direct you to that area. THIS IS A SALVAGE YARD, NOT WALMART. There are also PRIORITIES and to send a trained mechanic to look for an ashtray is NOT very good business. Sending a a person with an attitude to find their own part IS. There are trade-offs when buying used auto-parts and if you DO want to save hundreds if not thousands of dollars versus buying from the Manufacturer, you should learn be nice.
