She barked at us to walk all the way around and through an entire isle and then back around. we were so put off by her rudeness and long detour that we just ended up leaving. We just bought a truck and were in good spirits excited to buy new things for our truck and this lady just ruined it.

Nothing wrong with the wiring or the socket. New bulbs work as long as the car is running but after about a day or two I notice the light is out. I was going to try LED lights and see if the problem persists. She told me she would not sell me an LED light until I went to a mechanic. Now maybe she just got out of prison and was not really good dealing with people after so long out of society. That would explain Miss Sunshine's disposition. Or maybe she is just not suited to work at the Auto Parts Store. As I was leaving another lady who saw and heard our interaction said to me, "Wow, she's a little sassy!" I've been a rewards member for a few years at Autozone. A couple times I've needed some parts that…read morethey don't stock and so I've had to order them. An example is a starter relay which costs about $13. I ordered it on a Saturday and it came in on a Tuesday, but in between I figured out that the old one wasn't broken. So they said that wasn't a problem and I didn't need to buy the one I ordered which was nice since they went to the trouble of having it shipped to the store. Then I decided that I wanted a new electronic ignition. I was kind of set on getting a fancy MSD HEI, but the price was between $250-$450. The guy then showed a rebuilt HEI and a lifetime warranty coil for total of $72. I was somewhat stunned that he actually showed me a shortcut to getting exactly what I wanted for couch change. That's pretty rare in auto repair. Next we'll see how they do with a carb kit....

It started with them ordering the wrong part so that took an extra week to fix. Then they suggested some fixes that I didn't think the car needed so prolly trying to oversell me. But finally everything is all fixed and I get my car back. Within 15 miles the car is overheated and I pull over to let it cool down. Brought the car back to the shop immediately. They told me they checked the coolant, even had a report on how good it was looking. There was no coolant in my car. This shop is terrible. I spent $5,000 fixing my car with them and paid and extra $300 with another shop to fix the things they screwed up. Also they said they would call me this week to explain the situation to me and I still haven't hear from them. Don't trust them, go somewhere else... seriously
