He didn't mind me looking over his shoulder because I wanted to know how to do it myself in the future, and then taught me how to put the new one in. My mom came with me and we were both so floored by how amazing, fast, kind hearted and swift the entire operation was. It's so so so very rare these days to meet someone like Carlos when dealing with any sort of car repair or vehicle issue.
