I always call or go to this particular Oreillys store because it is the nearest to my house and…read morealmost always I have to deal with an employee called Glenn. Let me tell you a little bit about this Glenn, Glenn is the type of person that sold me a battery and when asked he refused to installed it and huffed when I asked him for the tools to do it myself, when trying to diagnose my battery with their tester he huffed like a 5 year old child and made me wait almost 20 mins to get the tools. Today I called to dispose of my oil since I have almost 5 gallons to dispose because they never want to take my oil and he said, "I can't take your oil because we're full" I asked him if the oil is picked up weekly or monthly and what not and he says, "I don't know, you can call other stores and check with them" and stays silent and when I'm about to ask him usually how much time between pick ups he interrupted me and says, "They pick it up when they pick it up". This guy is a total world class act and if he don't want to work there just resign and stop being so nasty. I'm not sure if it's my accent because I'm spanish speaking but it's almost borderline racist kinda normal for the area that I live. Glenn if you ever read this or if corporate swipe their whatever with this reviews I think you should be fired or at least put on a desk job where you have 0 interaction with the general population.
