Before I seen they broke it, the manager was wanting me to set up another appointment to fix other things on my car. After i seen they broke it I told him "Why would I do that when y'all just BROKE my car" He then says, "Oh, so do you not want us to fix the ignition?" UM YES YALL JUST BROKE IT YOURE GOING TO FIX IT. Idk I just thought a DODGE DEALERSHIP would know a DODGE Chargers key safety feature and not just rip it out of the ignition and leave me with it broken.

I got my oil changed about a month ago here. Got it in and out quick. But we took my vehicle on a…read morelong trip to Branson Missouri. Everything was fine. Go down enjoy the trip come home and check engine light comes on. So take it to our local Kia dealership and they checked everything and found out that I had 3 extra quarts of oil. Check engine lights goes off for a few days then it comes back on. So I take it back down to Kia. Turns out my car takes a special filter, well they had installed it wrong and it broke. Would not recommend going here for an oil change or any service.

Horrible experience with customer service…read more Do not reserve a scooter from them for a state fair. If for any reason you can't make it they will not refund the deposit and I have seen them at the fair and there are none in reserve. They have plenty and just hope they don't run out or you don't show and get to keep your money. The people at the fair are nice but the people on the customer service line are atrocious.

Open letter to HMTIA rentals at Nebraska State Fair::…read more DISAPPOINTMENT....on Thursday, August 30th, I attended the Nebraska state fair with the intention of renting a vehicle for four hours When I approached the rental booth, three individuals were busy on their phones. I asked to rent a vechile for 4 hours and was politely told to fill out a form but before I even picked up the pen, I was told it would be for only one hour because it was 11 o'clock and the rental time was from 8 to 12. I was surprised and very much diisappointed not only by the "rule" but by the VERY LARGE amount inventory standing idle. I'm happy to say I managed by taking shuttles and was able to save my $40 and from now on, I will rent one locally and tell my friends to do the same. Thank you for your lack of service to me and your loss of revenue.

If you're looking for a disrespectful encounter where you will literally leave feeling unsatisfied that'd be the guy for you would be Joshua Moore or Jerry the owner. They are so focused on making money they don't care about your personal issues, life or what's going on with the resl shit behind the scenes. They also take customers word no matter what and never defend the employee in any way. The company had a huge falling out at one point due to Josh refusing to hire a kid who was I believe 17 and had a mild case of aspergers and he refused to hire him on the basis "it's a liability for me on what he can say to customers" even though the kid applied for over a year and didn't even land a Interview or a call back. And it was because of this and he was given every other excuse in the book Be careful with who you're giving business too.
