This is my 2nd experience with this autozone. I bought a battery online, chose home delivery, paid…read morefor it. Obviously it showed the battery was in stock. Around 7:30pm, a female called and stated I would not get it because they don't have it. I explained it showed it online in stock. She did not care. She stated I guess I could see if another store has one and call you back. She never called back. I then called the store at 8pm and spoke to Isiah Guttierez and he stated it showed 2 in stock however they have none. I said to credit my account. He stated it will take 48-72 hours for the credit to show. It only took them 2 minutes to take my money for a battery they claimed they had but did NOT. He said his district manager is Michael Jacob. If my money is not credited back in that timeframe, Mr. Jacobs will be getting a call from me. This store is pitiful.
