I went there this last Saturday in search of a sun shade for a recently purchased new vehicle, (09/23/23), I found it easily enough and hole I was there, I remembered that my daughters car was in dire need of a set of windshield wipers. They have no book out, they don't have the little computer anymore, but there is a QR code. So I scanned it and found a set and headed for the register. At the register the young man behind the counter, Seijun (sp), asked if I wouldn't mind allowing him to check the blades against his system, that he noticed I used the QR code and sometimes it gets it wrong. So I did, and it did as well, he quickly gave me the correct information and I went on my way. He was helpful, friendly, and knows how to give good customer service. Thanks dude!! read more

If I could give a zero I would. I waited outside until open time so that I could be rudely turned as soon as I went in. I asked to get the check engine light checked out and apparently she couldn't. She said she would have someone come in at 10am, 2 hours later, who would be able to do that. Is this the knowledgeable people y'all hire? Isn't there like a basic knowledge of car knowledge required? I don't know but this young lady's nasty attitude has turned me away for good. I went to this auto place in midland tx. I was actually surprised because nobody was wearing a mask. I'm talking about the people ithat work in that auto place. No gloves it's like they don't care about the consumers. Well I got my car parts . when there was the rudest bitch yelling at me to get in line. I was already in line. I waited till I got to the register to see her name tag. It was called Erika. So I just left the stuff there on the counter and left. With jobs going down are you sure. You want to keep. This pathetic bitch around. Managers wake. Up . the thing is running your customers to AutoZone or oriellys.. GOD BLESS YOU'LL. She was also mistreating a young man who was ahead of me . I had a reading from another auto parts store that there might be trouble with my alternator, even though I was having no problems whatsoever. I explained my concerns to Erica and she came out and tested my car. She had me turn on the heater, high beams and rev the engine (which the other competitor store did not do). They were able to confirm that there was actually nothing wrong with my alternator or car. Erica was so thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and was patient and reassuring. Wonderful customer service! read more

I am giving this advance auto a 1star I would put zero but it's not letting me cause when I went there there was this person named erika she's a so called manager and she was very rude to me . people don't go to this place she didn't even have a face mask just shows how much she cares about customers and she gots no customer service if it's not for us customers yall wouldn't have a job I'd rather go to auto zone or o'Reilly so corporate I am letting you know you got a careless manager in that store you want to lose customers keep that careless manager I'll take my business to another auto place. read more
