Around 7:30pm, a female called and stated I would not get it because they don't have it. I explained it showed it online in stock. She did not care. She stated I guess I could see if another store has one and call you back. She never called back. I then called the store at 8pm and spoke to Isiah Guttierez and he stated it showed 2 in stock however they have none. I said to credit my account. He stated it will take 48-72 hours for the credit to show. It only took them 2 minutes to take my money for a battery they claimed they had but did NOT. He said his district manager is Michael Jacob. If my money is not credited back in that timeframe, Mr. Jacobs will be getting a call from me. This store is pitiful.

I asked for his recommendations and he made a few but kept interjecting, "this doesn't match your original request, this isn't cheap stuff". He offered a lift kit for all around and then added, "but if you still wanna be cheap, they have plain old just longer shocks that are cheap". Not a good way to earn business. I have 2 pickups I want done, but I refuse to be insulted in order to get them done. I'm now waiting on a quote from a company in Lubbock that has even offered me a 10% discount on a room if I take it up there for a weekend to be lifted.

They have no book out, they don't have the little computer anymore, but there is a QR code. So I scanned it and found a set and headed for the register. At the register the young man behind the counter, Seijun (sp), asked if I wouldn't mind allowing him to check the blades against his system, that he noticed I used the QR code and sometimes it gets it wrong. So I did, and it did as well, he quickly gave me the correct information and I went on my way. He was helpful, friendly, and knows how to give good customer service. Thanks dude!!

Is this the knowledgeable people y'all hire? Isn't there like a basic knowledge of car knowledge required? I don't know but this young lady's nasty attitude has turned me away for good. Horrible, this was my go to parts store, not anymore.
