We bought our daughter a new car, and I bought new wiper blades (I believe in getting high quality blades) and after I my son and I installed them, we noticed the passenger side (OK, get ready for a very technical comment), the assembly that you connect your wiper blades, that connect to the car, and the end, where you attach the wiper blade, was bent (arm). We walked in, and we spoke with Orlando, the store manager, and my first thought was to buy a new assembly, and he said let me take a look. Orlando took a look, and went inside and came out with a pair of pliers and fixed it. 1. The store was busy, and I appreciate Orlando coming out to the car, taking a look and fixing the wiper arm for us. 2. Orlando was friendly, and had a great attitude, and was willing to help and assist. 3. Orlando also saved me $80.00 if I had to go to the dealer to buy one (not including labor.
