On top of that, no loaner vehicle or rental option was offered. Not everyone can afford to be without a car for a week, especially when the vehicle is practically new. This has been very disappointing, especially as a first-time Volkswagen buyer. I have always been a Chevy customer, but decided to give Volkswagen a chance. While the staff member I spoke with was friendly, the long wait just to find out what is wrong with a newer vehicle, and having no transportation option in the meantime, is a major inconvenience. A vehicle this new should not already be having these kinds of issues, and customers should not be left without support while waiting for basic diagnostics.

Poor experience and Customer service…read more Unfortunately had a poor experience with I-35 Truck & Auto involving Eli. I can't recommend this business due to being sold incorrect parts and being told they will work for my vehicle, then not standing behind their parts guarantee or word when they don't work. I was needing a core support for my 1994 Toyota pickup, I was told they intact had one and would be $200. I promptly drove 40 min to their location and found out that they did not have one from a pickup but it was actually from a 4runner. I was disappointed to drive all that way to find out I was misinformed but was reassured the part is the same and will work. Eli said they show to be same with no difference between the two and our system shoes same parts and part numbers. Trusting Eli and I-35 truck & auto I said okay and agreed to purchase the part for $200 as I was informed it's the same part that I needed for my pickup. I got back to the garage and started fitting everything to the truck to find out the opposite! Unfortunately in fact the part is not the same and will not work with my pickup despite being told it would by Eli. I brought the part back and explained to Eli that I came in looking for a core support for a pickup but was sold one out of a 4runner being told they are the same and will work but didn't. I was hoping he would stand behind good faith and do the right thing and offer me my $200 back since they did not have the correct part and the part they said would work actually didn't work. unfortunately they said they can not offer me my money back and it was responsibility to very the part works even though they assured me it would. I was very disappointed to find out I just lost $200 dollars and still have to spend another $200 trying to locate the correct part I still need since they did not have the part. He offered me store credit but that doesn't help when you don't have the parts I need! This was my first experience and business transaction with I-35 truck & auto and will probably be the last unless they are willing to make things right. It's not right to sell a customer a different part than what they asked for saying it will work to just make a quick sale then not stand behind it when it doesn't work. Maybe someone will do the right thing and reach out to make things right. Bought a motor from these guys off of the internet. If you have ever bought used auto parts online…read moreyou understand the leap of faith it takes to make a large purchase like that mostly over email or the phone. They gave me a great price $2700 approx. for a used Ford 6.0 diesel engine with a warranty. It included all the parts I needed and then some. Then the problem. My mechanic took a look at the motor and saw some problems. He work at Ford for many years they were not obvious problems but for him they were noticeable. So we took the heads off and the motor was blown. I called A & A right away and I have to say they were pretty mad we took the motor a part before calling them (which I can see in hind sight). They were obviously disappointed but they did exactly the most I could have expected. They arranged to have it picked up and shipped back to them and I got my money back. The absolute most you can hope for is when things go wrong is that a company will make it right and they did and that is worth 5 stars all day every day.
