Management is solid, and the prices are unbeatable. They went above and beyond by sourcing tires and wipers that weren't even in stock--had them delivered in under 30 minutes and finished the job in about 10 more. That level of service is rare these days. I highly recommend this place if you want quality service without the chaos and price gouging you'll find at Walmart or Discount Tire. However, my TPMS regustered the tires pressure in all 4 tires. Their explanation was that it was it broke of and was rolling inside the tire. They stated they it didn't have to be connected to the valve stem to register the pressure in the tire. They broke it and then offered to replace it for $95. They broke it removing the old tire. I just wish they would have taken accountability and fixed as a reputable business should. After researching this and watching several tire removals, the installer has to be careful to avoid this. I'm never going here again. Please beware. When I asked them about it, they said that they could put it in the tire to allow it to roll around and register the pressure. I checked the tires for bubbles or separations , peeped all the front end suspension to look for anything glaring and found nothing. I called around many places, all were too busy, Walton's said their alignment machine was tied up rest of the day, but to come by and they'd do a quick ride with me and help diagnose my issue. I really thought it was an alignment issue, but they said their best guess was a bad tire and referred me to discount tire, down the street. Sure enough, about a quarter of my front left tire's belt had heat separated. It was such a big section you could only see it when it was spinning. However, this second experience didn't quite live up to the first. I had left my car the night before to ensure they could begin work promptly the next day. When I called to check in the following afternoon, I was informed they were still working on my estimate and that it would be ready in about 30 minutes... It ended up taking slightly over an hour to receive the estimate. After going over the estimate, I was surprised by the cost, so I carefully went through it with someone more knowledgeable about cars than I am. As it turns out , they had added a little over $1400 worth of suggested maintenance and did not notate this on the estimate or inform me when I spoke to them. Had I not had someone to review this with me I would have thought all of this work was required to fix the leak. When I called Perks back and began to ask questions and go line by line of "suggested work" it was then made clear to me what they had done. I still agreed to let them do the work and was told they would call me back in 30 minutes to let me know how long it would take to get the parts and return my car. After 2 hours I had to reached out to them again to find out when I could have my car fixed and returned. Thankfully, it was only going to take another day. All that being said, Perks does good work and they are very friendly. Yes, I will use them again but going in I will be more cautious and let them know up front my expectations.

I have been using this Sardis Tire location for more than 10 years. It is only now that it is…read moreunfortunate to have to give a bad review. However prior to today's experience, I think I saw it coming. The guy who runs this location used to be very nice and professional. Well now there is today. Before today, the last time I came in to have 2 tires mounted and balanced; as I have done at least 10 times before. It was not until the last time and today that everything ultimately changed. I understand prices went up during and after Covid and I adjusted with them even here at Sardis. Well my last visit, the owner or guy who runs this location tried to tell me that I paid more than I did the last time; seemingly to get more money out of me. Not only did he try to get more money out of me by telling me that I did indeed pay more. They also mounted the tires backwards. The tire are clearly marked inside and outside. He tried to tell me that my tires were not directional but he could not explain to me why they were marked inside and outside. Let me pause here to say that I used to run my own auto performance shop where one of the things we performed was mounting and balancing of tires; so I at least know a good bit about tires and the business. Now back to the problem where the owner tried to tell me I paid more the last time. The problem that I had to point out is the receipt that he gave me the last time that I paid cash. It showed how much I paid for the same size tires on the same car. Then he tries to back pedal and tell me that it must have been a mistake; yet it is also what I paid prior to that. That time ended quickly. Now comes today. When I first came in and asked him about doing the same thing he had done previous times, he tried to say that they could not do the job because their machines could not handle the low profile. I reminded him that he had done this on my car the previous 2 times I had been there. He back peddled and said well let me see if my guys think they could do it. Of course they could because they are the same exact crew from every other time I have been there. Ok so he did not quote me but the guy who was doing the work did. He quoted me $50 at 1st thinking that I was going to pay for disposal. I told him that I always take my old tires with me. He then says it will be $40. That's fine because that is what I paid the last 2 times. Let me be clear. This is for only 2 tires. He completes the job and takes me inside to pay. That's when it gets bad. The owner tells me $60. I said it is only supposed to be $40. He point to his signs and goes around the world to try to explain wheels and tires. I told him that I have paid $40 the last 2 times for the exact same thing. Then he starts to tell me that I paid $60 before. I told him that this is not true. He keeps saying that. I told him that I brought $40 cash with me because that has been what has always been since the last price change and his employee that did the work even quoted me $40 outside before he got started. Then he insulted his employee by saying "well he is just a worker and it does not matter what he says." The look on the employee's face was priceless. He goes back to telling me it is $60 because of disposal. I said I am taking my old tires with me. Then he says well give me $50 although you paid $60 the last time and we disposed of your tires. I reminded him that I have never paid for disposal because always take my old tires. He says well you need to pay $50 because that is what you paid. I had to point out to him the previous problem we had with improper mounting and the price. So I asked him if he was calling me a liar. He just kept trying to find any other lie to support his claims but he could not. He did not want to listen to me so he kept over talking me because that is what people do when they know they are wrong. Long story short he told me to never come back again. He took my $40 and yes I will never go back to this Sardis Tire. This guy is getting old and his lies are getting worse. He is plain rude and needs to let someone else run the place. Make sure you get whatever he quotes you before they do anything and get him to write you a receipt so you have proof of what you pay because he will try to lie and wiggle more money out of anyone!
