I've never been so impressed with any kind of tire or mechanic repair place in my life. I had been to 2 other places before I got here today who had each quoted me a minimum 3 hour wait. My observation at both was that neither had enough available employees to handle the customer demand. When I got to discount tire, a young man named HUNTER came outside and greeted me at my car. They had me in and out more quickly than I could even imagine. The thing that really got my attention was every single employee, which there were plenty of, was so polite in speaking to me - IT WAS OVERWHELMINGLY NOTICEABLE all of the employees were clean shaven & used manners that we all wish our children would use!!! and the price was more reasonable than any of the other two places I have gone to. It was more our inexperience of certain things that also held us up a bit. The vehicle we bought is pre owned but it was a great price for the mileage, make, model, and year. We live in Tulsa but we will definitely be coming back to buy my car next, even found one on the lot that I loved (but we can't drive 3 cars). He offered us water, coffee, or sodas frequently and checked in on us during semi long wait periods. Complimentarily filled the tank to full and had the vehicle serviced and cleaned before handing the keys over to us. Walked out paying the exact price of the vehicle ($18,000) + the dock/processing fee ($599) totaling $18,599 altogether and was all processed under our loan so we didn't even to put anything down. Very pleased, it was a pleasant experience for both of us!

The prices are more expensive than other tire places. The price to replace a sensor is $49 higher here than at discount tire. today they get a very negative review because of their customer service. We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. Keep in mind we already told them that all we needed was a sensor change on the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire. That is a very easy and quick fix. We got there an hour later and they hadn't started on the car yet. The man at the front desk said " I told you it would be closer to five." oh hell no he didn't! He said the car was going to be next. We took our keys back and left. We'll just take it to Tate Brothers or discount tire. These are the places we usually go anyways.

Tire we had with us, to be changed out at location of the truck, on the side of the road. These guys are not true tire repair guys. The were unable to change out and mount our tire where the truck sat, which is standard procedure for normal ROAD SIDE Tire flat repair. They had to take our the tire to a "shop" somewhere to do it. Then bring it back, over two hours waiting on them. In the middle of this, after they returned with the tire to our driver, we requested pricing. They stated $696.22 for a service that runs less than $100 if not roadside, and about $300 for road side service. We were refusing service once they stated what they were charging, we asked for them to just take the tire back off, leave it how they found it. But of course, to do that, they needed to take it back to a tire shop!! We didn't have another two hours to wait for them to return it as it was, plus because it was getting late, we couldn't trust that they would even return our tire! Total rip off. They are not competent to provide ROAD SIDE SERVICE repair. We break these tires down on a regular bases and mount and dismount at our personal yard. It's not something that requires anything special, other than the knowledge and ability to do so. They should not be offering services that they can not do. Again, these guys are not true ROAD SIDE SERVICE repair. Absolute ROBBERY! There should be laws against what they did. Not a reputable place of business. RUN AWAY from them, they will rob you and keep you in a bind!
