I'm a huge recycler, so being able to drop off my batteries and bulbs here to keep our environment safe is important to me. Parking is a pain. The strip center has a lot of popular businesses, so snagging a parking space in the lot is tricky. Just be patient and you'll get one. You may have to wait for an opening or exit the lot and re-enter to get one. Good luck. When you buy there you know what you're getting, a new factory battery, not one that's been sitting on a shelf at a discount tire store for 2 or 3 years! When a battery gets 6-months old, they recharge it. If it still doesn't sell, and gets to be one year old, they re-charge it again, mark it "BLEM" and then sell it for less than half price. Those are the ones that I try to buy for my collector cars. I usually get 4 or 5 years out of one. Their service is excellent, they will put a battery in for you if you have the vehicle with you. Their selection is virtually unlimited in that they have batteries for fork lifts, motorcycles, boats, deep cycle, you name it! You should bring a core with you, but it doesn't have to be the battery that you're replacing.

No calls from them about status. When we called, Mike stated they could only get it to 7.5 volts and thereby voided the full warrenty we paid for and would not provide a new battery. Voided the warrenty on a 5 month old battery because it would not hold a charge? Since when does this make sense?! Never again!

I confirmed the number they had was correct (not remembering they had texted me 2 hours prior) and it was. No voicemail, no missed calls, confirmed they had the correct number. Their story didn't add up...I would have been fine if they would have just owned the mistake and admitted they dropped the ball. I went to the cell phone repair store across the street (CPR), they got me right in without an appointment and my phone works great.
