I bought my car here in 2018 and had a good experience, but hadn't been back for service here since I don't live nearby. I decided to give it a try for an oil change and a brake inspection/repair, and it went very well. As a single woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I am always worried about potentially being convinced to buy services I don't want or need, but I did not feel that way at all at Seeger. They were very nice, honest about cost with no unexpected charges at the end, and I am very confident all of the services they provided were genuinely necessary for my vehicle, and nothing was proposed just to make more money. It was such a relief to drive home with the confidence that all of the issues with my car were safely repaired (and my brakes were no longer making a loud grinding noise, which is ideal). I will come back in the future and recommend to others. read more

I am writing this review because I experienced a safety failure due to having my car serviced at Seeger Toyota. However, the management team did all they could to make the situation right. I know this was the mistake of probably one individual and I appreciate what was done to help me. On September 15, 2026, I paid $2,800 for services, which included an alignment and tire installation (in addition to a variety of other services, all of which I agreed to). I picked up my car around 3:15 p.m. to get my children from school. While I was driving, I immediately noticed intense rattling coming from the car, almost as if something was attached to the tire, along with a click and thunk in the center of the car a few times braking. When I parked and looked under the car, I found a small black cap stuck in the tire and thought that could have been making the noise. At that point, I didn't yet know what the issue was. It wasn't until I drove back home, looked online for what the issue could be, and looked closer that I discovered that two out of the five lug nuts on my front right tire were completely loose and I could spin them by hand. If I had kept driving at full speed for long enough, a wheel could have easily fallen off, resulting in a catastrophic accident and potentially severe injury or death to me and my children. When my husband got home, I had him check all the tires and tighten the lug-nuts. I then drove my car to my local Mobil Service station and the mechanics there checked my entire car FOR FREE to make sure that the services I paid for at Seeger were actually done. When I brought this up the next day to my contact at Seeger, she was very apologetic. She told me she would talk to the general manager. Over the next week, I spoke to 2 general managers and they offered me a $1,400 refund as a good will gesture. I told them it was important to me that I still keep this review up, and they were still willing to give me that partial refund. I am grateful for Jim, Casey, and Kelly's help on my case. They reviewed the video footage (which did show the mechanic tightening the lug nuts, though clearly a final tighten was missed) and took the time to speak with me over the phone and via email. While I personally would not feel comfortable returning to Seeger due to what happened, I do believe this mistake was handled with professionalism. I would just urge other customers to be aware this is a potential issue after servicing, and to stop driving and check their lug nuts if they notice any weird noises or rattling while driving. read more

Beware of their fake 5 star reviews on Google. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Seeger. I was on a waitlist for a vehicle for over two years, patiently waiting without no updates from the dealership unless I reached out. Very recently, Seeger informed me of an incoming unit where I had a few weeks to act. Bear in mind this is a $85,000 vehicle and I needed time to sell my current vehicle. The sales rep was extremely pushy which was baffling due to the fact I waited over 2 years. When I finally decided to cancel my reservation and requested the return of my $500 refundable deposit, I was shocked to be met with resistance. The sales rep initially threatened to keep my deposit (he left me a voicemail and sent me a text message!), which is completely unacceptable and goes against their own stated policy. This lack of professionalism and customer service is incredibly frustrating, especially after such a long wait. I expected better communication and integrity from a dealership of this size. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here--be prepared for poor communication and a lack of respect for their customers' time and money. Update: My deposit was eventually returned, but only after I pushed back. The sales rep decided to not answer my messages and I had to escalate to a manager. The manager didn't have the courtesy to return my call but instead, had someone else call me back to confirm my refund was sent via check. Completely unprofessional to say the very least. I came into Seeger Toyota on a Tuesday to have a rear heat shield put on my car. The old one was falling off and I had it removed. After finding the part number with Brett in parts we agreed on which one it was and I went to speak with Kelly on having them put it on for me. I come the following Thursday and wait in the waiting room for over 40 minutes when Kelly comes and tells me they did not order the part. They said I can come the following day and they will have the part. Before I come on Friday I call ahead to confirm they have the part and they say yes come on in. After they are done servicing the car I notice the price was not what we agreed upon. Come to find out they replaced a whole different part! They said the heat shield that covers the gas tank was "hanging off" so they just took it upon themselves to replace it without telling me or asking me if I wanted it done all while NOT doing the service I came in for. After being helped by another gentleman in service who did his best to get to the bottom of what happened the other guy in parts said that both the front and rear heat shield that covers the exhaust was missing but no one could explain to me why they confirmed they had my part in when they still didn't even have the part in. Their solution was to take the new part off and not charge me for it but I said no if it needed to be replaced I'll keep it even though they should have made me aware of it before replacing it and quoted me. They then said to "let it ride" on the rear heat shield because I don't really need it unless I'm parking in tall grass. Kelly was not there that Friday so I dealt with another gentleman. How did they know what they were gonna do on my car when the part never arrived. I don't believe the heat shield for the gas needed to be replaced I think they lied and if it was hanging off they probably could have just secured the old one. So I call and speak to the service manager Jim and explain to him what happened. He said "this is making my head hurt" and said he would have Kelly call me the following Monday. Monday rolls by no call, so I call the next day and she said she'll have Jim call me back. After speaking over me and trying to explain what happened without admitting they made a mistake he finally asked what can he do for me? I said I'd like a full refund but I doubt they'll do that in which he replied how about we replace the new rear heat shield for free and we will order the front one (which they said was missing) if you decide to get that replaced too, I said on one condition, you guys let me look under the car when it's on the lift he agreed I said great thanks for making it right and agreed. Now when someone says they will replace the heat shield for FREE I thought it would he for free that would make too much sense right? So when I come to get the service done the technician shows me the part they replaced, and where the missing rear part is and what do you know the front part was still there intact and he says I don't know why they're telling me to replace that it's fine with no damage. I say yes replace the missing part only. Kelly then comes up to me and tells me that they will only cover the labor I still have to pay for the part and argues with me and says I ordered the front part not the back part but even if that was the case why did they replace the gas shield and neither of the those I also have a quote with the right one on paper, once again not admitting to making a mistake. Also if these people are supposed professionals wouldn't they be able to see that ONLY THE REAR IS MISSING regardless of which one I ordered even though I told them the correct one the whole time the same one BRETT originally agreed with me on. They most likely lied about me needing to have the fuel tank heat shield just to squeeze money out of me. Jim did not make it right like he said just continued with more deception, and of course Kelly didn't have a shred of accountability of wasting my time and never getting the part ordered. You would assume that if I schedule a service they would order the part they need to get it done and not just go looking under my car to find something else to do. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I hope I never have to deal with these people again and if you need your Toyota serviced goto Ackerman Toyota. The guy on the phone there knew exactly what I needed in 5 minutes over the phone for a better price. Only reason I didn't go through them was because they couldn't get the part on time. This should have been really simple. Here's the part I need, it's missing. Order it and install it. They botched this and had me come in 3 different times overpay and had me replace a part I never needed and they never proved I needed it or showed me it was hanging off. Seeger Toyota BROKE MY WINSHIELD then ANDY SEEGER VERBALLY ATTACKED ME & won't pay for it! Do not ever go to Seeger Toyota! I am a 67-year-old petite woman and Andy Seeger verbally attacked me after they broke my windshield. We have purchased five cars from Seeger Toyota and on August 15th went to have my oil changed and had scheduled a minor door ding to be fixed. After waiting two hours I was told that the person who was supposed to fix the door ding was not there. I had to re-book yet another appointment to get my minor door ding taken out the following Tuesday, August 22nd. This time I waited nearly 2 1/2 hours, when they came to me and said my car was done. I got into my car, which was perfect when I came in, and I saw they had BROKEN my windshield. Yes, that's right SEEGER TOYOTA BROKE MY WINDSHIELD! When I went back in to the service agent to tell them, they broke my windshield, they denied it and said it was a rock chip and blamed it essentially on me. This was completely untrue. He went back in leaving me for 20 minutes and then I sought out Andy Seeger, the fourth generation president of Seeger Toyota. He's sitting there talking to the service agent and he says they will only pay 50%. I walked up and told them they broke the windshield and they needed to replace it and pay 100% for it. Andy Seeger stood up in a totally hostile, inappropriate behavior and began patronizing me. I was discriminated against as a woman. His intimidating posture was polarizing. I generally have no complaints but sometimes the service reps are not as welcoming as they should be. I've dealt with them all and Jeff is by far the most blah. He has a text book friendliness and is not at all genuine. The service cashier ladies are nice enough. What really keeps me coming back is there immaculate waiting lounge. We want to begin this review with the positives of the service department, we cant say enough about the excellent service from Allan Fexer, David Rowold and David Meier, we have taken our 2009 Toyota Camry for oil changes, tires and various other service, however, our most recent experience (where we paid over $3500.00 for repairs and had to take the car back a week later to fix a problem that should not have happened. Our vehicle was in the service department for over 3 weeks, with little no communication from our service worker, Tyler Nahnsen (his customer service was horrible) and we never received a call back from Service Manager James Buck (after leaving 3 messages) to discuss our concerns. First, for context I am a 22 year old woman who is buying her first car on her own. I called and spoke with a salesman for about 30min asking a few preliminary questions about timing for a new car being that lead times are so long in the industry right now. Over the course of the conversation he called me "babe" several (7-10) times which really took me aback. I personally found that to be extremely demeaning and was confused why he would not take me seriously when I was asking reasonable, well-researched questions. I can somewhat understand that I may not look like a serious buyer in person being that I am young, but I was shocked that he was immediately so patronizing after only hearing my voice. Regardless, I think it is disrespectful to speak to a prospective customer as such, and I would guess that if my father was the one on the phone he would have spoken to him differently. While he may have thought that this would come off as endearing, for future reference I would recommend not calling women you don't know "babe," especially if you are trying to sell them a $40k car. For the record I have spoken to 4 other dealerships and have been treated with respect and as an adult at each one, so I know it is possible. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because this was all based on a short phone conversation, and I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt that this was an atypical experience. I had the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership, and possibly with any company here. I actually like the car and the salesman very much. Everything got crazy in their financial department, though. They supposedly ran my credit and told me the number and said that I had been rejected by a number of lenders they contacted, so Toyota Financial was the best deal I could get. I told them that the credit number didn't sound right-that I had much better credit than that. But he kept insisting and changing the subject. Because I was planning to pay off the loan soon anyway, I went ahead with it. But I called a lender I know and had him run my credit. Every number was 40-50 points higher than what he had said. Plus, they had pulled my credit 8 times! I spoke with Andy Seeger and he was an arrogant jerk. read more

While it would have been easy to just sell me A new fob, the Parts Manager examined my fob, pulled it apart, and then compared it to a new fob. I visited the Used Car section of Seeger due to my interest in several RAV4 vehicles available on their lot, and specifically the 2019 I had a particular interest in. I was met by Scott, who seemed to either be tired or somehow perturbed I was even inquiring. I thought the vehicle might have been out of my price range, but again, I went to this location due to having multiple options on lot, and I figured if I couldn't find a middle ground for the 2019, surely I could go with one of the other options available. Multiple times, Scott's curt questions were less exploratory and more aggressive in nature, and not only did he rub me the wrong way, he also made me feel like he really didn't want my business. The nail in the coffin happened when I thanked him, for a second time, for him taking the time to work with me, and he commented, "I don't get paid for my time." Seemed like all he cared about was money, and I was just another dollar sign. After the discussion for the 2019 was over, he handed me the keys to my car as if I had personally attacked him, and I left without exchanging another word. I was happy to leave without even considering one of the other vehicles, despite driving an hour and a half to visit a dealership where I'd thought was a sure fire buy. I am super disappointed in my experience at seeger service. I took my car in for a battery light that was on. They came back and told me that I need 2800 worth of work. Alternator/belt and radiator/thermostat/ gasket. Kelly told me that there was a leak in my radiator, I told them I just added coolant and it spilled and she replied that the tech- in fact- her best tech! Was the one that found the leak. I called a friend of mine that is a mechanic and he told me to ask for the preassure test results. I called Kelly back and asked if they did a pressure test. She said no. I asked how she knew there was a leak and she again repeated that there was coolant on the radiator. I asked if they can do do the 5 minute pressure test and was told that would be an additional 1.5 hour charge at 180.00 and hour. My mechanic friend was on 3 way. (He was a BMW tech for dealerships for 25 years) we asked if he could come up and do the test himself in the parking lot. Kelly was extremely defensive and clearly didn't want us testing it ourselves. I also asked for the bid to be email to me over 24 hours ago and was told she didn't have time to send it to me yesterday but would send it this morning. They are closed for the day and I still Ave not received the estimate. I am hoping this review will get someone hopping to actually help instead of acting like I am stupid because I am a woman. read more

My daughter took her Corolla in because the air conditioning wasn't working. Seeger charged us a diagnostic fee and said there wasn't anything wrong. They evacuated and recharged the Freon and put a dye in to check for leaks. They said she should be good. One week later it still wasn't working so she returned for them to look at it again. She was told there wasn't a leak (would see dye) and that she "didn't know how to properly use the air conditioning". She had been driving the car for 8 years! Insulting! They showed her how to set everything, which was how she had it. Since the system was not working, we had her go to another dealer and they found the leak right away. We had to pay another diagnostic fee and pay for the repair, so we are now out $1500 for an AC repair. I called Seegers service department to let them know about the insult and about the fact that they didn't diagnose or fix the problem. They were going to look into her file and talk to the service tech and "get back to me", but of course I never have heard anything. So now I will rate them poorly since they were not willing to even acknowledge my call. read more

This is corny but I can't resist: "Turns out you can trust a used car salesman!" We bought a used SUV (80K miles) from Seeger this summer. So, we get it home and we discover that the mechanics for the seat aren't working. I kind of freaked out thinking that they must have known this and sold it to us anyway. But when we called they took it right back and fixed it for us. Then the day we got it back from them, the AC stopped working--and they fixed that too! Now we have had it for several months with no problem. I think it's great that they fixed those things even though we'd already signed the contract and paid the price, because they could have just said "Let the buyer beware."
