I could not go in myself so I sent a friend and these guys threw such a stink. I called Lisa, the owner, and told her that my friend was getting things from the car, and was told "it is a privilege for them to let me on the lot" and that "they didn't want to babysit someone going through my car". I told her I was going to tell the BBB about how they refused to let me on the lot and recover my property, and she hung up on me. Then they lied to my insurance company about my friend already getting things out of the car because they were trying to steal parts from the car!
