I get all my car needs met here, such as batteries (comes with 3 year warranties which I can attest to as I have had one replaced in the past year while 2 years into the warranty), spark plugs, cabinet air filters, windshield wiper and etc - I even got my intake hose at O'Reilly after learning that it had become cracked in Cali. To me, O'Reilly is dependable, nationwide, and cost effective - so wherever I go there'll be one to help me out in sticky situations. This one I visited today got me out of a pickle of a situation, and I am ever so grateful. Plus, service is always helpful and friendly, so it's a great place to go and learn more if you ever get curious. Here is a before and after photo of my headlights. It has been an agenda of mine for YEARS to restore it after watching motivational light restoration videos on Youtube. However, it wasn't until I couldn't stand it anymore and started sanding with a 140 grit sand paper did I realize what trouble I had gotten myself into. I had purchased a Meguiar's PlastX at a heavily discounted price at an Amazon liquidation store, and after using it - I found out that it did not do as advertised. I should've gotten the hint that it was not a good option seeing that sanding was not in the directions of the bottle. Alas, a choice to make, which was 1.) to either leave it be, or 2.) try and fix it with whatever motivation I have left and whatever is the cheapest available at O'Reilly's. After consulting the internet (youtube) showed me that there are a couple of options at O'reilly's that I could get, I boiled it down to Turtle Wax Headlight Lens Restoration Kit - T240KT. Priced at 12.99 - it was the perfect thing that could help me with the mess I had already made. This was a last resort, and I am happy to report that my headlight lens restoration project was a success! Although, please follow the directions - I had made some errors (1. using microfibre instead of cotton first and using the clear liquid instead of the white liquid first) and even though it came out nice, I think using the white bottle instead of the clear bottle first would've made it much better. I would say, however, this is more of a one time use product, unless you can get the wipes separately, since the wipes made a big difference in the quality of work.

I had purchased this AGM battery 8 months ago in hope of getting a more rugged battery, as I was tired of replacing batteries every year. The battery I chose had move than enough power to start my mower and was designed for deep discharge (I had used them for marine purposes in the past). Though this battery was actually designed for scooters/wheelchairs, etc., it served my needs well for 8 months. This battery also came with a 12 month warranty (though I would later find out this warranty was pro-rated, a fact not disclosed when I made my purchase). The store employee was fully aware of my intentions for the application of the battery and had no issues whatsoever. I went to the Battery Source store in Ocala to get a replacement battery. I had the extreme displeasure of having to work with the manager of the store. Instead of simply saying the battery was defective, here's what I can do for you, he went on and on about how this battery was not designed for a mower (duh). He was convinced he had to convert my thinking to match his idea of how I was at fault. Never mind the fact that the battery had an internal defect. I was a bad person for misusing his battery (or something to that effect). He wouldn't stop hammering me with that point. He didn't want to address the warranty until I told him to just stop talking and get to the replacement. It was the I found out the warranty was pro-rated and a replacement would cost me $70 (retail was $100). The best, most powerful, maintenance-free battery at Lowe's was only $65! I informed him that Battery Source had lost a customer forever due to his attitude that the manager is always right and the customer is an idiot who needs to be educated. I have been dealing with batteries from the days of carbon cell flashlight batteries. I know what a hydrometer is and how it was used to measure a lead-acid battery's condition (the closest thing to a multimeter was a Simpson (about $1000 in today's dollars)). I have used/replaced/designed for just about every battery type that has been available for more that 60 years. I highly recommend that you find another store for your battery needs.

My car got a flat tire on the road, so I found this roadside tire service online and arranged for a technician to come out and help me. When the technician arrived, he removed the tire and inspected it. Because the puncture was somewhat large, he initially used a basic plug-strip repair method. However, the tire continued to lose air afterward, so the problem was clearly not resolved. The technician then repeatedly told me that the puncture was too large to repair and strongly recommended that I replace the tire with a new one, which would have required me to pay significantly more money. I have some knowledge of cars and tires, and based on the location and condition of the damage, I believed the tire could still be properly repaired. Therefore, I declined to replace the tire. In the end, at my request, the technician only temporarily filled the tire with air so that I could drive somewhere else to have it checked. I then took the vehicle to another professional tire shop. They inspected the tire and repaired it using a single mushroom plug. After the repair, the tire held air properly and did not continue leaking. This left me with a very simple question: If another tire shop was able to properly repair the tire, why couldn't this company provide the same solution instead of repeatedly telling me that I needed to buy a new tire? What made the experience even more frustrating was my communication with their customer service afterward. I requested a refund because the service I paid for did not actually resolve the problem. Their response was essentially that they had already provided a service and therefore I was responsible for the full charge. But my point was very clear: Yes, someone came out and performed a service--but did that service actually fix my tire? No. The tire was still leaking afterward, and I ultimately had to pay another shop to properly resolve the problem. The customer service representative kept repeating that they had "provided the service," but that does not address the actual issue. Providing a service and successfully resolving the customer's problem are not necessarily the same thing. I also told them that I understand there are labor costs involved with sending someone out, and I was willing to pay a reasonable portion of the labor cost. I was not asking them to provide the service for free. However, they refused and insisted that I pay the entire amount. Instead of taking responsibility for the fact that the original repair did not work, the conversation became a frustrating cycle of excuses and responsibility being pushed back onto the customer. If a roadside repair service cannot properly repair a tire, I understand that there may be situations where a replacement is genuinely necessary. But in my case, another tire shop was able to repair the exact same tire successfully with a mushroom plug, without replacing it. For me, this was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The initial repair did not solve the problem, I was repeatedly encouraged to spend more money on a replacement tire, and the customer service team refused to offer any reasonable resolution afterward. I have saved screenshots of my entire conversation with their customer service and will be sharing them along with this review so that people can see the interaction for themselves and make their own judgment. If you are dealing with a tire emergency on the road, I strongly recommend doing your research before choosing a roadside tire service. Make sure you understand what repair options they actually provide and what happens if their repair does not solve the problem. In my experience, this service did not solve my problem. I ultimately had to find another tire shop and pay again to get the issue properly resolved. That is why I am leaving this review.

Lets say those parts are a fuel pump and fuel line. Those two parts are not necessarily compatible with each other, but they won't tell you that. Summary: Just because it might fit your vehicle (or not), the part may not be "correct" for the application.
