I came back after a hour and was told the phone was smoking and that some how the battery had been punctured. I had to leave my phone overnight until a new battery was brought in from Houston. I arrived on 9/4 and received the phone but the new screen was not installed correctly or it did not agree with the frame on the phone. I gave the employee back my phone and she happily suggested changing out the frame for free. After everything was finished the phone looked and is currently operating like new. I appreciate the employees for making this unfortunate situation right and fixing my phone the correct way. Sometimes its ok to not get angry with people and to stay calm so we both can come to a solution to the problem. It was an inconvenience to not have my phone originally but I'm thankful everything turned out to be fine and I'm thankful for the employees that were involved in my specific repair.

When I got them I was greeted everything was great until it was time to change my battery I could tell she was about confused and struggled to get the battery but I took it as it being hot I would think you would employ or train qualified people. After about 20-30 ins she asked me to try my car. When I tried nothing. She said maybe she didn't tightened anything. By the time I knew something was wrong so I called my husband to meet me at the store. About another 20-30 mins she asked me try again. Again nothing. She explained she needed to go watch a video this was the time I knew something was not right. My husband asked for a supervisor to which she did not want to get one stating they pull be in Tuesday but after a bit of a back and forth one was finally called. Once the commercial supervisor arrived he explained that it was not properly placed in the car it was a few steps that was missed. After another 20-30 mins he tried by that time the car still did not work resulting in me having to tow it to the dealership. Today 6/17 I spoke to the dealership and my ECM was fried. This is the brains of my car to which your unqualified employee destroyed.

DO NOT RENT A GOLF CART HERE!! Me and my family rented a 6 person golf cart here on March 30,…read more2018 at approx. 11:45 am the cart finally arrived at approx 6:00pm that day and appeared old and worn out, but I was assured it was reliable and ran fine. Me and my family got on the golf cart and drove it less than 200 yards before it stalled out while crossing Hwy 87 to get to the beach side of bolivar, I immediately had to get out and push it off the road all while vehicles sped around us. I immediately called the GOLF CART CONNECTION NUMBER that I was given in case there were any problems or concerns with the cart. I called more than 20 times while me and my family were stranded on the beach 4 hours from 7:00pm until 11:00pm when we finally had a Good Samaritan stop and take my family back to our Beach House and then return to tow me using a strap attached to the cart back to the beach house. The next morning Spencer Stevens who identified himself as the Manager of Golf Cart Connections called me and I told him what had happened and the danger my family and I were placed in by his company renting unsafe, unmaintained and unreliable golf carts. I explained how our entire vacation day was ruined and how we were almost hit by a vehicle, while trying to push the cart across the hwy after it stalled in the middle of the road. I asked him for a full refund seeing how we only had the cart one hour and drove it less than 200 yards not to mention the stress we were put through. . Spencer apologized for the situation and assured me I would receive a full refund on Monday when the office opened. I called Monday and was told by Becky she could not help me that I needed to call JAY WEEKS the OWNER. I then called Jay Weeks office for 2 weeks every day, only to be told by his helper Spencer Stevens that they do not give refunds and if I didn't like it I needed to hire an attorney. My credit card was charged $489.76 cents for a golf cart we had an hour. Me and my Wife both Police Officers over 20 yrs have neither one experienced this kind of a blatant disregard of customer SAFETY and the lack of customer service. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB, TX DOT, CLUB CAR, ANSI, ILTVA , OSHA, GCSO, Pct 6, Valero , Total, and the Attorney Generals Office. This company is owned by JAY WEEKS who also owns South East Texas Starter in Port Arthur Tx whose reputation is also just as horrible for the same issues. There are plenty of other places to rent carts in Crystal Beach that are reputable. Do not give these crooks your business...

I have n Excel a few months old. Crank battery died on it. I got a new one put it in dry dock,…read moredidn't tighten wires to be sure it worked. I turned the key,Mitch turn over, but wouldn't shut off. I quickly took the battery cables off to kill it. The center console was smoking with burnt wire smell. I brought it to Jerry. The next day they got back to me, traced what happened. I didn't have good contact on the large black wire causing a negative ground I things he said. The harness was fried. Jerry was working with the manufacturer to get a new harness. A few days later, he called me and said my boat was ready, no charge. He felt the manufacturer should have the original wiring different to prevent this issue, the manufacturer has changed how they will wire new boats from Jerry's advice in the future. This easily could have been pinned on my error, but Jerry stood up for me, and ate all the labor they did on the boat. This had a potential of costing me thousands. If there were 10 stars I would have given it to them No better example of going way beyond for your customer
