We get there and he couldn't even provide us with a title to the truck. Yesterday 11-26-24 is when we finally recieved the title to the truck after calling day in and day out. He told us on more than 1 occasions that it was in the mail and come to find out it didn't even get mailed out until 11-25-24 and it got overnighted. They painted the coolant tank black so you couldn't see where they had poured stop leak into the system because it has a blown head gasket. He has promised to help pay the mechanic bill but has since blocked us from calling or contacting them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! SCAM ARTIST 101!!!!

I have been going back and forth with the dealership owner since then trying to get the title for the vehicle. I have been given the run-around over and over. They claim that the first title was lost and did not order a replacement title until October 23rd. Even though I requested several times for them to order it earlier. There was a part that they had to get from a local automotive parts store to fix before I left the dealership. It was the wrong part. Management told the mechanic to go ahead and cut/splice it to make it work. Thank goodness the mechanic was kind enough to inform me of this because he was not comfortable 'rigging' a vehicle. The vehicle also had extremely high mileage and I was told that the engine had been replaced so the mileage listed was not correct. The owner was supposed to send me documentation on the new motor, which I have not, to date, received either. The owner told me that there was "one good tire" so I just needed to replace the other three. I took it to my local tire shop and they informed me that the tires on the vehicle were not even made for that specific vehicle. I did get a second opinion the issue and was told the same thing. I just wanted you to know how dishonest this dealership runs. All of my conversations have been with the owner.

Being he could hide money On brake pads he hit me for two extra hours if I calculate riggt 10am to 1 pm is 3 hours he charged me 5 hours. I called around to several shops at home for quotes and they wanted to charge close to $2k to replace the parts, which I knew was way too expensive. My family lives in Clarksville and highly recommended Murders (and their quote was over $1k cheaper than what my local shops wanted to charge me!) so I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance and drove in to Clarksville from OKC. It was a great experience all around! I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and we reviewed the work I needed done again, and they let me know that they'd take a couple of extra hours after they'd finished replacing the parts to run the car in the shop and drive it around to make sure that everything worked fine. I thought it was awesome that they were taking the time to double check the work, that was a great reassurance for me since it was such a big job. I picked it up and drove it back home to Oklahoma the same day, and it runs perfectly! I'm very glad to have gotten in to a place that does great work for honest prices. Highly recommend to anyone, local or not, thats looking for a good mechanic!

I told them I'm not putting a new motor in it because the car ain't worth near that so I asked them to see what they could get a used motor in my car for came back later and they told me $8000 for a used motor. What kind of bullshit is that? and not only that but they reported that they put a new battery in my car. That's not true. It still has the battery that I bought in it and that's not it. Spoke to Jason at Jody's on the phone on Friday morning around 10 a.m., just about getting my car…read moretowed to a dealer in town for a check engine light, and my car running rough. When I found out they also did repairs, he said they'd be able to get me in and get the diagnostic done on the day, which the dealer couldn't even touch it 'til Monday. So, I went with Jody's. They came and picked it up at my house, with a flatbed, within an hour, got it down there, did the diagnostic, did the fix, and were able to get the keys back in my hands by 4 p.m. The mouse-chewed wires unfortunately weren't covered under my platinum warranty, but they wouldn't have been covered at the dealers, either! I know I got my car back faster, and that the price was probably even a little lower, and I honestly couldn't be more pleased. Hopefully no more un-warrantied issues with my Nissan Kicks, but if I do, I'll have Jody's deal with them. Time to go get some mouse and rat repellent!
