BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! This dealership TRULY IS AS AWFUL as the reviews claim! Spoke with…read moreseveral people from this establishment over the course of a week about ONE PARTICULAR USED TRUCK, keep in mind that I spoke to one of their staff the night before and 30 minutes before I arrived at the dealership, confirming my arrival. I drove TWO HOURS to see that one particular vehicle and upon arrival discover that they can't produce the truck. I was then told that the truck had been sold and later told it had been in the shop waiting for a part for a month, had been sold from there and they were not notified. They are either ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS or COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!! I believe they are the former, as THAT TRUCK is still on their website for sale and they're using it as BAIT, to lure people in....do NOT be duped like I was. Then to add insult to injury, they don't even have any inventory comparable...I can only presume they were going to try and sell me a new vehicle. Spare yourself the aggravation...wasted time, energy and expense...go ANYWHERE ELSE but here!

I took it in to the lady named Hannah was such a nice lady to me. I really appreciate her helping me out right away. She had her guys take my truck to the back and look and make sure all the specs are right and make sure all the bolts on gooseneck hitch were tight .The chain hook ups were bent, and she help me out by replacing just the chain hook ups for the gooseneck hitch. My truck was in and out right away within an hour thank God I went to her because I did not know where to go to get it looked .thank you custom tinting for the great customer service prompt service that I received. Intermittent starting issue on my car. Made the missing of going to O'Railly Rockport Told "You've…read moregot a bad battery", bought new battery, same problem. Then, "you need new terminals if that doesn't fix it, you'll need a new starter". Changed terminals this morning same problem. Went to O'Railly Aransas Pass for a starter, tech said let's look at it before ordering starter. Check connections and both fuses boxes, turns out problem was the ignition block fuse had wiggled lose... Stay away from O'Railly Rockport, those kids just sell you parts and have no clue. If you need something drive the extra distance to Aransas Pass, they know what they are doing!!!
