The first customer wanted a code scan for a check engine light and was treated poorly in my opinion. It wasn't that he was told to step aside and wait until someone was free to do it, it was the way he was spoken to. The second guy had used oil he wanted to drop off. Again, he was rudely told to step aside and wait. Then it was our turn to speak to Oscar. While he was able to find what we needed, his customer service skills were totally lacking. If Oscar doesn't really want to deal with customers, maybe he needs to find a different line of work.
