Got a text at 6:40 telling me they just pulled the car in, I went to go see what the hold up was. Once I got to the back the mechanics claimed my lug nuts were "too rusty" and they didn't want to break a stud, they didn't even attempt to take any of them off. I took the car home and got the lug nuts off all 4 tires by hand. Poor time management and they just wanted to get home since they close at 7, I will never be back for any vehicle related purposes.

I was driving to college it was perfectly fine until 6:40 pm it blew up and went up in flames. I ask the manager Jason for a refund but he told me and I quote "I don't know how to handle that I got to talk to the owner" my insurance company is only giving $3,100 for my car if I could give this company a rating -10 stars because I almost got killed and it's pretty sad I almost lost my life and my car and nobody doesn't care about.
