They didn't do the rotation (an issue a customer right in front of me also had that they tried blaming on everybody else.) It took over 3 hours, I witnessed an employee leaning on my car, take it for a drive, at which point they were doing burnouts with it, as well as revving it in the parking lot. I also witnessed (and was informed by a sweet elderly couple) that they had broken a piece off the car. When I stood up from the waiting room to inspect this, they noticed me, and immediately held the part behind their back. I wasn't informed by Big O what they had broken, however, my car won't drive on anything but flat ground anymore. I am having to take my car elsewhere to fix the issues Big O caused, as well as the problems I already paid them to fix. I spent $260 for them to ruin my car.

I shot Chris a text and he replied right away. He asked what kind of vehicle I had, engine size, and what type of oil I preferred. He said he would come to my house the next day at 2:00 and get it done while I was working. Chris showed up at 1:45 and was done by 2:20, he also fixed some dashboard warning lights and reset a few things for me at no charge. He's a really nice guy, on time, professional, and does a great job. Their car wash gets the undercarriage done well, lays on thick layer of soap, rinses well and gives her a blow dry.
