Don't ever go to this place, this place has terrible service they were fixing my car on my security system and my radio for a couple of days after I pick my car up on October 2nd, 2018 11:40 in the morning. I was driving to college it was perfectly fine until 6:40 pm it blew up and went up in flames. I ask the manager Jason for a refund but he told me and I quote "I don't know how to handle that I got to talk to the owner" my insurance company is only giving $3,100 for my car if I could give this company a rating -10 stars because I almost got killed and it's pretty sad I almost lost my life and my car and nobody doesn't care about. I even have the receipt for fixing my car they can't give me any money. And to show for I got nothing out of it everyone else got money. read more

I took my car there to get my rear Speakers and back up camera installed. everything went good until later when I went to pick my car up. They didn't even check to see if my speakers worked, later that day I noticed my panels wasn't put in properly and my screws for the panels with one of their tools was just laying in the trunk. Oh didn't mention but my passenger airbag light is on and still on currently even though it's plugged up. They scheduled me another day to fix it. I went in and told them the issues and they didn't seem to care at all, he said " we was busy that day." if you're busy you shouldn't rush and half ass a job at all and expect me to pay over $300 for it. Would not recommend going there don't trust the 4star rating. My 12 year old niece would of done a better job. read more

I had tint applied to the front two windows of my wife's van and a tinted windshield visor. The company did a great job getting the car in and out of the shop within the time of the appointment. The customer service was good, but not excellent. I called to check in on the vehicle after dropping it off was informed that they'd already called and left a voicemail, but unfortunately they didn't get my number right. Something that could've been caught when I first dropped the vehicle off. I didn't get any type of explanation about the product I purchased other than verbal instructions to not roll the window down. I also didn't get any warranty paperwork or any sort of paperwork for the tint that was actually used. I've had vehicles tinted other places before and normally get a little folder with the receipt etc. I asked for ceramic and assume that's what it is, but really have no way of knowing the type of product used. I just have a copy of the credit card purchase receipt. The tint looks good though. Another week or so and I'll give it a closer look. read more

The other review is pretty old, so I wanted to add my recent experience. I had two car stereos installed and window tint done on one car. Exceptional service and knowledgeable employees who took their time and answered all my questions. During the recent tint job, there was an unexpected issue that I noticed after the job was completed. I called them up and they asked me back to take a look at it. They addressed it right away and made the part that was affected better than when I brought it in. I am loyal to this place as you can see by my repeat business. I bought a full alpine stereo from here about a week ago, the install looks great! Everything is hidden neatly, wired are sheathed and terminated clean, grounds are solid. I had an issue with the amplifier going into protect mode so I go back today, these guys spent THREE HOURS looking into it and helping me find a solution which included trying out different speakers, amps, boxes to determine what made ME happy. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier. I didn't spend a penny more to have anything fixed, Keith handled everything and was super professional. Very poor work mess up my car they not do good work. Please be careful when you have your car worked on. I will never have any work done again. they offer 2 year on window tint but if you pay more you will be able to have longer coverage.. Save you self the trouble I would try Pro tint longer drive but they give life time . no extra cost. read more
