Their business is what gives you a paycheck. This situation: i purchased a part for my vehicle, and before i could replace it, the vehicle was totalled! Clearly a difficult situation for the owner of the vehicle. Upon returning the no longer needed part, i was given a disdainful look and then the cold shoulder. The employer couldnt even pretend to care about the customer in front of them. Most humans might say, "oh no, i hope everyone is ok." Or, "im so sorry to hear that." Instead, i felt like a thief who was trying to return a broken part, and even upon trying to make small talk and thank them for their help, they only scowled and ignored me, not saying 1 word. It was just totally disrespectful. I understand that procedures are in place to prevent theft or dishonesty but when someone speaks to you, at least be decent enough to respond. That is the most basic requirement of any customer service job. Im sorry that u had to scan a reciept and put a small box back on the shelf. I can see that i made your job extremely difficult. I hope you learn to enjoy helping people more in you future. I cant see how any customers would go back to that sortof service.

Beware, especially in regards to getting tire repairs, because not once have I ever had a plug come out while driving down the road until now. My father has been a mechanic for the military since he was a teen and has never had one of his plugs come out. I was having issues with the tire losing air after the plug, had it inspected by a Walmart auto center, they denied any issue with the plug, but here I sit 6 months pregnant, putting the donut on in this heat on the side of the road and then to be told I have to pay for their negligence. I will never return to another Walmart auto center for the safety of my children and unborn child. Shame on them for telling me that it happens and for the down right rude woman whom is suppose to be a manager trying to tell me lies like I'm ignorant. Claimed the bubbles inside the tire were from the suspension?! Laughable and a prime example as to why to avoid this place!

I went there to check whether the tire had been delivered, and it had been delivered two days prior. The employees at the service desk admitted that no one checked the item into their system until I had arrived. I was already frustrated because this tire was supposed to be installed that morning as well, but the service was canceled because they claimed it had not arrived yet. After several minutes of these employees shuffling to do their job as they should have two days prior, they don't notify me that it had been checked in and was available for pickup now. Instead of calling my name or coming to the register/station that I was at, one of these older or more mature employees decided to bang on the table with his hand as if customers were animals you need to snap/clap at. This was the customer service I received AFTER trying to call the service center regarding this issue for three or four days with absolutely no one picking it up. As soon as I stepped inside, there were six employees huddled together as if there was a mandatory meeting going on. They were simply standing there and doing nothing until I came in, and they were most likely doing the same thing for the few days I attempted to call them. I encourage any customers considering using their services to rethink that decision.

Needless to say we have spent a good bit over a few years. Yesterday I went in for four new tires for my Honda Ridgeline. Dropped it off and left it for good portion of the day. Bought 4 tires and had oil change and alignment that came free with purchase promotion. On way home I got a low tire reading on tps, stopped and first one I checked had 24 psi not factory 32 psi. I called the store, they apologized. I have portable inflator so pulled over and Put air in and came home. Today the tps still on, I checked the remaining 3 they also had only24 psi. So all 4 new tires put on with only 24psi. While I realize mistakes can happen...all 4 tires under inflated? Not good. I now question what services were done and if done correctly. Calling tomorrow to let the guy I dealt with know.

About an hour before close, they called to inform me they lost the screw that holds a piece on. They were trying to find a new one but being that it was so late on a Saturday they didn't know if they could find a new piece and their shop is closed on Sundays. Slightly inconvenient, but I didn't need my car until monday anyways. Then they called me about fifteen minutes later saying they randomly found the screw and the car was ready. *suspish* This was right before they closed, so I feel that they did not drive the car at all to make sure everything was running smoothly despite replacing some pretty essential parts. I picked the car up and drove it home, one mile down the road and all right turns. The next time I drove my car, it would make a hissing sound when the wheel is turned to the left and the power steering now goes out and locks up during left hand turns. All of these issues are coming from the same initial front left tire well I had them check out. My car is now not safe to drive. I reached out to them and after they took a look, they basically said it's not their issue. My problem here is that my car was more functional before I took it to them. I have never had this issue with my vehicle prior to their handy work. After leaving their shop, my car is now unsafe. I'm now $1300 out and my car is even further from functioning properly. I would have much rather had an annoying popping sound in my car rather than not being able to make left hand turns. The company was given a chance to make things right but instead wanted to charge $900 more dollars. After talking to several people who work on cars as a hobby, everyone has said it sounds as if they punctured a line in the power steering system due to the fact that the hissing sound and power steering issues occur in the same tire well which received work, but they aren't owning up to their mistake. Bottom line: if you are looking for quality service auto work and want your loved ones to drive away in a safe vehicle, go elsewhere.

They don't have zero stars, so I HAD to give them one Took…read moremy car to the Dayton Blvd location. Oil change, two different filters (cabin & air) and tire rotation. $203.00! Drove back to my cousins house, .08 miles. Parked overnight. Got up to a flat tire the next morning. Went to Quality Tire, 1.0 mil. Tech couldn't find anything wrong with my tire but I did have a broke stud, which according to the tech, was cross threaded. Took my car back to Valvoline After "reviewing their camera" they determined they were at no fault. BIG SURPRISE! You tell me, is this all a coincidence?? Valvoline for me NEVER AGAIN!
