The manager of this location is Nita and the individual who told me they couldn't perform an oil change because of not having an oil filter was Ronnie. There is no desire to perform their job at this location. I have had my oil changed at jiffy lube for YEARS, and I know they can change my oil without changing my filter (I've even declined the option before and only gotten an oil change) I will be filing a formal complaint against this location. Don't waste your time here because they will waste yours, do yourself a favor and go to another location.
