Update. Today is 12-7-2024. I went to this business very early, to get another sensor replaced. I had gone the week prior, just to ask if they still offered the service, since it had been over a year since my last visit. I was told that they did however; I was advised that I needed to buy the part which was fine, because I already knew this. The posted opening time is 8:00am. When I showed up a little bit after 8, the business appeared to be closed however; the owner was sitting in his truck, looking directly at me. I knew it was the owner because I met him before and he is the same person that I spoke with a week prior. Not once, did he get out of his truck to acknowledge me. I refused to walk over to his truck. Another customer showed up. Same thing. He ignored her as well however; she left. I had the part so I sat and waited. Finally, I also left, and went to another establishment to get the work done. Horrible. I will never go to this place again. I love to patronize local independent businesses but CiCi's has lost a customer. I hate that I referred people to this place. read more

Scam! They changed the price on me after they changed my tire. Hate when businesses don't have integrity.

I got four tires in May and since the day that I got them, I've been experiencing problems. I'd gone back at least 5 times and one tire was replaced. Needless to say, it wasn't good. None of them were. I've spent money elsewhere trying to get them balanced and still not much luck. Completely wasted money getting tires there. Now I have to buy a new set. read more

I was sold bad tires. Ok so initially a few months ago when I came and bought a brand new set of tire from this place I was satisfied. Then I started getting slow leaks in my tires and I can understand one but not 2 I came back and the "boss" whoever he was said he couldn't do anything for me... I'm really confused cause I don't do any hardcore heavy driving and brand new tires are suppose to last longer than a few months now I have to purchase more tires. read more

It's the basic junkyard type tire and wheel place. It even has a junk yard dog. For real. Tires are dirt cheap, although my tire was brand new. I got it patched. Only $15. I'd most definitely recommend. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I live in Columbus and had to work in Atlanta. As I was driving up, my check tire pressure light came on so I stopped and checked the air in my tires. Two were very low and I figured maybe I had run over something and needed to have plugs put in the tires. I asked a customer at the gas station I had stopped at if there was a place nearby that repaired tires and he gave me directions to CiCi's. I had 2 patches (which I knew and have also since been told by numerous tire companies that plugs are much better) done at CiCi's. A little later that afternoon, as I was going down 85S at 5:30pm - rush hour - I had a blow out on one of the tires that had been patched. To say it was terrifying is putting it mildly. When I finally made it to a tire shop, Firestone, I was told that the reason my tire blew is because of the patch that was used. They said that it looked like something you would use on a bicycle tire. Also, as a result, the sensor in the tire was damaged. I ended up purchasing 2 new tires because I didn't trust the 2nd patch that was done. When I called and spoke to the owner at CiCi's (less than 48 hours later) he became very angry at me and told me that he didn't owe me anything and that whoever said that about a bicycle patch didn't know what they were talking about and that I probably had run over something after I had the patch done. He was very condescending and would barely let me get a word in edgewise. He asked why I didn't call when this happened?! Uhmm, because I was trying not to be run over on 85S and then I was frantically trying to find a tire store that was still open so I wouldn't be spending the night in my car with a blown out tire on the side of 85!! He finally did say he would pay me back for the two patches they did but I would have to come in to his location to get the refund. I explained that I lived in Columbus and that I couldn't come in and he told me that he guessed I wouldn't be getting a refund then. Maybe he felt he could talk to me like that because I am a woman, who knows byut he was very rude. Definitely not a decent business man. If you value your safety and the safety of your family, steer clear of this business. Tires are not something to scrimp on to save money. Because of their bad workmanship, I am out $400. read more
